of revolution as well as ideation that is acted as tool for various IT industries.
Contemporary development into PPPM application system is involved to modify
and organize the project related activities. There are various development into
the PPPM application system, which are discussed as below:
As a development in PPPM application system, Scrum development is used
which is used as a proper agile development approaches. SCRUM development
is suitable for the project as it can change the project needs. The benefit f this
development methodology is that it can enhance decision making and all the
project related documents are maintained and daily basis update of the
methodologies. The main limitation of the SCRUM development is not suited for
a large scale project work.
Second development of PPPM applications system is that there is discussion of
the lean development methodology. The main objective of this model is to make
sure that the system can meet with minimum project budget as well as project
resources. Into the lean development methodology, the organization is
benefited with reduction of project cost as well as provided quicker delivery of
the project related activities.
The third development methodology is future drive development, which has
objective to aid with support to the project team members working into the
organization. This methodology is used as an effective way to deal with
