PROJECT PLANNING APPROACHES AND TECHNIQUES
INTRODUCTION
• Project management refers to the planning and organising the
resources ins order moving ins every aspect of task, duty and event.
This is considered as the one time activity and resource that are
managed by involving personnel, finances, intellectuals property etc.
• The main purpose of the project management is to planning and
managing the resources in effective manner by motive of completing
project on time. Also, it is necessary to operate the project for
successful factor and deliverables and goals.
• For identifying the research it is help for providing the ability of risk
identifications that is necessary for any project for managing
resources, smart budgeting and clears communication across the
multiples stakeholder and teams.
THEORY OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• Project management is the process of setting the activities for the firm in
order to achieve the goals in effective manner.
• Theory of planning is another approach to management that helps in
planning the activities of the project so that task can be achieved on time.
• Water fall methodology is known as traditional method to project
management and in this activities and task are completed in linear manner.
This way is rigid in nature as manage cannot move to next step unless the
earlier one is not complete so it can be said that it is sequential.
• Another methodology is Agile has been introduced as liner method of
traditional theory was rigid. There has been various framework in this
method like scrum, Kanban and lean which can be used to meet up the goals
project.
• Prince 2 is also one of the famous theory that aims to help project manager
to make use of best practices and enhance knowledge for the process.
TECHNIQUES OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT

in order to identify the purposes of project and work for making it
successful.
• It is necessary to find out how project performing on time ass well as
implement approved changes.
• Work breakdown structure- This is major technique which help to break a

managing effectively.
