INTRODUCTION
The process of project management include the planning, initiation, monitoring execution and
closure of the project. project team work to achieve reset goals an meet the success criteria
within the given time frame. the primary area have the project management is to achieve all the
project goals and made the project outcomes.
This part of the project will cover critical evolution of the findings and highlight the critical
success and failure factors and also conclude the lesson learned within the whole project by the
project manager. This report will also make and proper and appropriate recommendation that
will help in future to be more effective in this area. In the end of this report reflection will be
return on the basis of career path in project management and also it will discuss about the skills
that are needed to we are successful project manager.

Critical evolution of project, highlighting its critical success and failure factors
To make the project successful there are various problems occur that effect the whole project
plan (Hasan., And et.al., 2019). The construction of London Bridge Wasn’t successful project
and to make the project successful there are various steps taken by the project manager that
helped them too make it successful. the main highlight in the project was making the budget it
was important to estimate the project but there was an risk to get failure in the budget if there is
no proper estimation of the budget and cost. to overcome the issue project manager create project
budget plan in the initiation space so they were able to estimate the project according to the
inflation in the country that helped them to get a proper number so they can estimate how much
should be the budget. Other risk also identified by the project manager like financial resources
problem, resources that are needed to construct the whole bridge, communication risk and many
more risk that have been identified and also create these strategies in the risk register so it can be
overcome and make the project successful. this wasn't failure factors that was identified by the
risk register that helped them to identify the potential risk that can impact the whole project and
also make these strategies to overcome the issues.
The main success factor that helped to make this London project successful was that all the
budget planning, risk was identified and also stakeholders and human resource was enough to
make the project successful. the main success was proper planning and without the proper
planning it was not possible for the project manager to implement and achieve the objectives.

project life cycle help to do the project according to the time and proper frame. project life cycle
cover the initiation pays where all the project free activities were decided like objectives and
goals, in the planning stage all the activities and roles were assigned and strike orders were
decided and also budget was created. in the implementation phase Where report and status of the
project reached to their endpoint in order to the cause schedule and quality of the service what
identified. And last stage was closing space where project manager take help of feedback and,
Balance scorecard technique to measure the success.
Lesson learned within the whole project planning
Divine lesson learned by the project manager during the whole project was that outcomes can be
positive only if they are using the project lifecycle methods (Nijhuis, Vrijhoef and Kessels.,
2018). without having a proper knowledge of the all stages off project life cycle project manager
cannot achieve the objectives of the project. All these stages of the project help them to plan all
the activities that is necessary for the success and goal meeting. another lesson learned by the
project manager was that it is necessary to identify the potential risk that can occur anytime an
become a reason for the failure. project manager identify all the risk that helped them too make
the London Bridge project successful and they were able to construct and you know what the
bridge effectively. Let’s register help us too identify with the potential risk that can affect the
whole project and even it can destroy the project. By using the rest register project manager was
able to identify the potential risk and also create the mitigation plan that had to overcome from
the issues an reduce the likelihood of risk. budget if there is no proper estimation of the budget
and cost. to overcome the issue project manager create project budget plan in the initiation space

Recommendation
There are some recommendation that could be followed by the project manager To be more
effective in their project and in future they can use to be successful an achieve their objectives
more effectively. In the budgeting they were facing the problem, but it can be solved if they are
aware of all the cost that needed to be implemented and there should always Including the
inflation rate so they can overcome the issue and they can estimate the project plan an its budget
according to the inflation because with the time things get more costlier an it's not possible for
the project manager in the end to add more in the budget.
create a mitigation plan- It is necessary for the project manager to create a medication plan so
they can reduce the likelihood of risk they have identified. it will help them to overcome issues
and they will able to make their project successful so it is necessary for the project manager to
make sure to create a project mitigation plan and implement it effectively by using these
strategies and overcome the issues.
Project lifecycle- Project life cycle is important to provide a proper stage and it is necessary for
the project manager to follow the all steps within the project life cycle. it allowed project
manager to follow each and every stage effectively within the project and they are able to follow
the project from initiation stage to the Anne which is known at closer (Styhre., 2020). The
construction of London Bridge Wasn’t successful project and to make the project successful
there are various steps taken by the project manager that helped them too make it successful. the
main highlight in the project was making the budget it was important to estimate the project but
there was an risk to get failure in the budget if there is no proper estimation of the budget and
cost. they should also ensure that all the activities are getting the enough time to complete
otherwise there are more chances to get failed because each activity need a particular time period

to complete it. project management should ensure that every activity is getting equal time to
complete and finish it properly then also they can move to the next step.
Project management approaches- Project management approaches are helpful for the project
manager becausr it can provide a proper way I strategies too cover each and every pages within
the project life cycle. Project management approaches that covered the Prince 2 project
management approach, agile and Waterfall technique that are best and provide help to complete
the project successful and achieve the project goals and objectives.
Reflection on career path in project management
Project management is one of the best feel for the people that can be choose an even I am
interested to be a project manager. I want to take participation in the projects and want to take
experience of working and complex project that can be helpful for Miami in career development
(Mainga., 2017). I am having interest in this field becausr I have also worked in some of the
small projects that provide me enough knowledge about this field an I know how projects are
made and project management team helped to make the project successful by using their
knowledge and skills. The life of project manager is busy because they have to condition
continuously work on the sides and the different areas which means that I have to go to the
different places that is also my hobby so I will also get chance to fulfil my hobby to go different
different places for the project an explore the places.
Project management career need a knowledge and I will need to be get the diploma in project
management so I will able to have the knowledge about how projects work. On the other side I
will also need to work with the different different projects under the project manager who are
working in this field from years. I will need to gain enough knowledge so I can start my own
projects and take projects and meet the success criteria. At least I will need five years of
experience so I will able to start my own career in project management field and able to get the
success.
The salary of the project manager is also high which means I will not have to take tension of
financial problems and I will able to satisfy my own personal needs an demand. the project
manager salaries depend on the project they are getting if the duration of the project an the
difficulty of the project is high which means that the project manager will get higher salary are
you can say that I will get the as a project manager I will get high profit if the project will meet
the objectives and goals. project success also matters on the basis of income generated by the

project manager (Mukherjee, and Roy., 2017). If they are continuously successful in this field
then they can get more bigger projects and I will able to earn higher salary in my work and able
to satisfy my personal needs and demand. By using this I will able to be successful in my field
and able to become a successful project manager.
Skills needed to be a successful project manager
project manager has various skills that make them different from the other project teams . they
are the team leaders who guide each and every stakeholders who are participating in the project.
they are responsible to assign roles and responsibility and control all the activities and plan each
and every activity within the project. Here are some necessary skills I have to develop in myself
to become a successful project manager and I will able to achieve success in my career path.
communication skills
communication is one of the essential part of project management and project manager is
responsible to ensure the flow of communication to achieve the the best possible objectives.
Make sure the communication they provide roles and responsibility it an create a communication
plan so the information can be sent from the each and every Department so everyone will be
short what they have to do and what is the process and how the plan is going (Pan, and Zhang.,
2021).
Learning
It is necessary for the project manager to learn with their mistakes and they should improve it the
time. A good learner always successful in there projects and project manager can be take
learning from their mistakes they are doing and like projects so they can avoid repeating the
mistakes again and again. identify the whole progress and process and they were able to achieve
the success and construct the London Bridge successfully and meet the needs and demand of the

Critical thinking skills
Project manager who are having knowledge of years can use their critical thinking skills too be
more innovative in the project. I have to develop critical thinking skills to be successful project
manager and this can be developed by me by taking the ideas from the others and think out of the
box so I can come up with the new ideas and make the project more easy.

I have to develop decision making skills if I want to be a successful project manager. It is
necessary for the project manager to take decision immediately so they can overcome the issues
they are facing within the project they have to think before taking the decision so they can be
successful in their project and take competitive advantages and achieve the success in their
project (Müller, and Klein., 2018).
Leadership skills
Project managers are the top superiors of whole project and they are responsible to lead whole
project team to meet the objectives and goals of the project. I have to develop leadership skills to
be successful in the project management career and it is necessary for me to have leadership
skills like critical thinking communication an all skills that will make them a effective leader and
I will able to achieve success.
