The main purpose is to improve attendance of students and operational efficiencies with the
use of swipe cards.
2. Did the project succeed in its aims/ how do you know? Specifically, please outline any
evaluation and assessment undertaken.
Yes, it did succeed its aim where I have duly analysed the results obtained from both primary
and secondary set of information.

initial inception, project activities and project outcomes) from a range of perspectives.
According to me, a bit more time to complete this project could have made it better with refined
outcomes at the end.
4. What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled? Was there timely
identification of issues and resolution during the project process?
Herein, I faced 2 main issues of budget and time that were managed using 2 important tools
called activity based budgeting and Gantt chart or timeline to finish the project on time.

I have hereby learned several required measures to undertake a project with clear recognition of
the plan required to be designed for its timely and effective completion.
6. How would you rate your performance as a management consultant leading the project?
I would moderately rate myself as a management consultant where there exists more scope of
improvement in terms of managing the work effectively.
7. What strengths and weakness of your performance did you identify?
My major strength is the willingness to carry out the work with a committed outlook and learn
new things where I was lacking in managing my work in a set time period.
8. How will this inform and support your continuous professional development?
This is assured to inform my development where I am keen to learn new things and will
definitely do it on constant basis.
