is mainly specialized in providing high quality of catering accommodation within Australia. The
company recently identified that there is a growing demand of having online booking services.
As the organization does not have a website therefore Aussies Vacancies decided to implement
an internet-based booking system. The online booking system will further be linked to the
present booking system that will contain important credentials. Moreover, the company wants its
management to send the various types of targeted information to various customers on properties
which are likely to be of interest to them. As the organization have small IT department,
therefore the organization contracted with E-con for developing the internet-based system which
will further be managed with the help of PRINCE2 structure of the project.
In this paper, proper discussion on the various phases of the project life cycle is done.
The paper also analyzes the strength, weaknesses, opportunities as well as threats of the
developed system. In addition to this, the entire charter which contains information about the
budget and time of the project is also created. Moreover, the paper showcases stakeholder
register and network diagram.
