Answer to Question 1
New York City comes up with the vision of transforming LaGuardia International Airport
into a world-class hub for transport. Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ)
which is based in United States along with joint partnership with LaGuardia Gateway project has
been launched at terminal B (Abdualla et al., 2018). List of people involved in this project are
project manager, steering committee, project management office, project client, project team and
resource manager.
Secondary stakeholders come up with indirect relationship in an organization. It does not
tend to be employees or directors (Ashley, 2019). Secondary stakeholders in this airport
redevelopment project are third party, government authorities, trade association, communities
and banks.
People who are directly affected by this project are client, consultant and project manager
who are directly affected by this project.
Stakeholders of this project are known to be group of individuals who are affected by the
outcome of the project (Ashley 2019). Stakeholders are either directly or indirectly involved in a
project. They come up with an area of interest which is completely affected outcome of project.
Some of the competitors are John F. Kennedy International Airport and Newark New
Jersey airport.
Vantage group comes up an equity shareholder in LaGuardia Airport reconstruction
project (Abdualla et al., 2018). The group is focusing on the redevelopment and management of
different operation at the terminal by making management service agreement.

Project Manager is generally in charge for the different aspect of this airport
reconstruction project.
There are list of person who can result in project failure like project team, resource
manager and Project team members.
Answer to Question 2
Sydney Opera house is known to be venue that performs arts center based at Sydney
Harbour. This particular construction project is known to be famous and distinctive building.
Building stands out to be the best iconic building which is located in Australia (Garcia -Martin,
2012). The opera house has been designed by the Danish architecture named as Jon Utzon. This
particular architecture has won the competition which is set by New South Wales for this new
building structure in the year 1957. In the year 1959, the construction of Opera house started and
was scheduled for next four years. Utzon was directly affected with this project, but it can even
collaborated with the Ove Group, in charge of structure and engineering. The most important
point regarding the construction of this building is that number of sub-contractors are involved in
this. They are merely in-charge of heating, ventilation, acoustics and lighting. The project does
have any kind of real project manager but was totally based on Utzon and Arup.
Answer to Question 3
In the year 2013, merger in between American Airlines and US airways took place. This
particular project requires the involvement of two airlines so that it can form largest airline in the
whole world. There are list of participants who are involved in this project. It requires the
involvement of American airlines bondholders and US airlines shareholders. Apart from this,

there are many players who are involved in this project members of senate and House of
representative (Scott, 2013). Some of the major competitors at the time of merging project
requires proper involvement in between different airlines organization of world. There are a list
of players who are directly involved in this successful merging of the two airline organization. It
is merely inclusive of aviation leadership and employee of two organization along with
shareholders of both the airline organization.
