INTRODUCTION
In present time, use of technology is increasing in business. Companies also prepare their
own website in order to meet with requirements of customers in an efficient manner. Here, it is
vital to provide better web experience to customers so that they stay with company for longer run
(Teah, Wong and Beh, 2019). In the present scenario, stock not obsess boutique is unable to
provide better web experience to customers due to unavailability of some items which is required
by customers. Here, the current project comprises issues with current practices & approaches of
company and will help to prepare an efficient control procedure.
Purpose and objective of project:
Main aim of the project is to make changes in existing project in such a manner by which
organization can meet with needs & requirements of buyers in an efficient manner. It aims to
identify issues with current procedure and use appropriate tools and techniques for providing
better web experience to buyers.
Scope of project:
The project has a great scope to attract more number of buyers by enhancing their
experiences with organization. It will provide huge opportunities to organization for improving
their present system and earn substantial sales & revenue. Further, this project also has a great
scope of future growth due to efficient use of advance technology.
It is sated that project manager of organization is responsible for looking into all technical
aspects. So, here project manager will be responsible for change control within company. But,
project manager do not have the power to take the last decision over changes so it will be taken
by higher authorities of company.
Issue management and change control procedure
In business, there are a lot of issues arise of daily basis so it is vital to adopt a complete
procedure for dealing with different issues in an efficient manner. For this purpose, process of
issue management & change control is given as under:

Capturing issues: It is the first step in which type of issues is identified and then further
preparation is done that whether issues need to address in formal or informal manner. If, the
issue may have serious implications over company then it is handle in formal manner(Orgut and
et. al., 2020) . In this, the issue is added in daily log. During project, there are a lot of issues
which can be handle immediately in informal manner. For this, project manager does not require
to maintain daily log and take feedback regularly. In present scenario, the issue is informal thus
need to considered by project manager with due consideration.
Assessing the issue: Under this, project manager evaluates the impact of issues over
project objectives. It is stated that each & every project is started with some predefined
objectives. Here, issues might create hurdles in achieving those objectives. According to the
present scenario, manager of respective company examine all the issues coming in the path of
project objectives.
Proposing action: It is a crucial step where project manager identifies different actions
need to deal with changes in an efficient manner. Here, manager not only identifies option but
also evaluates and recommends most suitable action for further improvement. In context of stock
not obsess boutique, project manager will determine a lot of actions after detailed research over
the issue related to current project (Bredillet, Tywoniak and Tootoonchy, 2018).
Making Decision: Here, decisions are taken about approving and defer the recommended
actions for bringing changes within company. In this, manager considers a lot of factors before
taking an appropriate decision. In present scenario, project manager takes appropriate decision
by considering maximum benefit of organization.
Implementing actions: This is the last step where appropriate actions are implemented
for bringing positive changes in organization. Here, recommended solutions are implemented
effectively for resolving the issues being faced by company. It is also known as taking corrective
actions for further betterment (Dhillon, Metcalf and Hooper, 2017). In context of respective
company project manager is looking forward to take appropriate actions with an aim to attain
predefined objectives.

Now, changes have become a crucial part of business. Due to change in technologies,
advancements, companies also need to bring changes in their existing work practices. For this,

& techniques are given as under:
ICT system: It refers to information and communication technology which comprises all
communication technologies such as internet, wireless phones, softwares, computers, video
conferencing and more which allow user to retrieve, store as well as use information in digital
form. Nowadays, use of ICT has been increased as it is used by companies as a medium to get
connected with customers. It plays a crucial role in bringing as well as managing changes within
company (Schmidt and Hazır, 2019). In present scenario, respective organization is looking
forward to adopt video conferencing technique and bring changes in current procedure. Here,
ICT system will help organization to make changes in current procedure for providing better web
experience to customers.
Lewin’s change management model
Unfreezing: In this step, organization needs to communicate employees about changes
for spreading necessary awareness at work place about changes. Here, they need to motivate
employees on regular basis to get their acceptance and support.
Change: At this stage, managers implement changes in real context. In this, employees
coordinate and work with changes in practical manner. It is not an easy task to implement
changes in current working practices. For this, managers provide appropriate direction, guidance,
support to employees so that they can work in change environment in an efficient manner.
Refreezing: This is the last step where manager make sure that employees stay with
changes for longer run. Here, they make sure that employees do not return over previous
approaches of performing task.

communication between all the people who are involved in the project. While managing project,
it is the duty of project manager to identify all related issues and help the project team to come
out with these issues in an efficient manner. Here, the issue register is helpful in managing as
well as dealing with issues in best possible way.
Change control report is a document comprises plenty of information in a systematic
manner. Main aim of this report is to bring effective changes within the project for further
betterment. This report is prepared and shown to the higher authorities for getting approval. It is
stated that change report is prepare whenever organization find a requirement to make changes in
existing procedure. It is really important to prepare this report in timely manner for avoiding any
king of adverse impact in future. This report is prepared by project manager and approved by
higher authorities. The change report further utilize for providing necessary guidance to
employees so that they can undertake their activities in an efficient manner.
Timing of issue management along with change control and issue management
During project, there are various issues arise before, during and after the project. Here,
project manager identifies all the necessary issues before starting a project. At initial level, it is
easy to deal with issue but later it becomes quiet difficult to deal with issue effectively. It is
analyzed that there are different types of issue such as formal and informal. Formal issues are
important to consider and manage appropriately. These issues put an adverse impact on overall
outcomes of project (Boyle, 2017). So, project manager requires recording these issues so that it
can be solved within predefined time. On other side, informal issue are not higher impacts over
company. It can be resolved quickly with available information. So, project manager don’t
require to put more efforts while dealing with informal issues. When, issues start putting

negative impact over organization then project manager need to deal with the issues in formal
manner. Here, they require to maintain an issue log to register and track issues on daily basis.
Issue log is also helpful in dealing with issues in an efficient manner as with this project manager
can easily communicate necessary information to employees.
Here the issue is related to web experience in which company is falling to meet with the
necessary requirements of customers. It is analyzed that organization do not have required
resources and items for fulfilling needs of customers. Due to this, they are losing brand image
and existing customer base. This issue needs to handle by project manager of respective
company in best possible way so that they can meet with requirements of buyers in timely
manner.

There is a lot of members work in a project together for bringing a new product and
service in market place. It is not possible for an individual to undertake the whole project without

achieved. In project, there are a lot of changes introduced as per requirement. It is stated that
different stakeholders such as customers, investors, employees, managers also associated with
project. Therefore, project need to be modified in timely manner for fulfilling different

meet with requirements of customers. They do not have some essential products which are often
required by customers. It is harming web experience of company for its customers. So, they are
required to adopt video conferencing practices and other changes in existing procedure so that
customer can get the products as per their requirement. Here, project manager is the head of

managing changes by maintain proper coordination with other relevant stakeholders.

of life of different stakeholders associated with business.
Honesty: In this, entity needs to stay honest in terms of services, products, changes and
technologies.
Competence: According to this principle, stakeholders are crucial part of business so
company needs to work in such a manner that they can provide highly efficient & competent
services to stakeholders.
Professional development: Here, each and every member of company needs to involve in
professional development. It will in development of their colleagues, staff and more.
Professionalism: As per this principle, organization needs to respect the integrity of each
& every members within society.
It is analyzed that there are some changes need to introduce in existing project. But these
changes need to prioritize in an efficient manner. While bringing changes, project manager need
to prioritize such changes which are essential for survival and ignorance of those changes might
put negative impact over company. Sometimes, changes might sever for organization and beyond

It is concluded that change control management refers to a systematic process of bringing
changes within organization. Discussion has been carried out in making changes in current
project of company for providing better web experiences to customers. It is concluded that there
are a lot of issues faced during changes so there is an issue registered maintain by responsible
person for bringing changes effectively.
