be easy to execute the changes at a very early age but once it executed, no changes will be made
after the work breakdown structure, project charter or statements of work. Changes must be
approved by the stakeholders or all the majority with the project sponsor if any changes made on
account of undefined risk. There is a long process for the changes within the project and it must
be recorded according to the change control plan in a change control document. The project is
based on the change control with the case study of Corwin Corporation.
