Change management helps to standardize the process of operation in a project and helps
to manage the project efficiently. Change management in a project helps to manage the changes
that might be included in project. The changes in the project might be with respect to the
product, the organization or the processes (Shafiq et al., 2018). It is not necessary that change in
a project will always related with business. Change in a project might occurs because of
regulatory compliance, requirement of government and for the security issues. There are many
tools and technologies that help to adopt the changes in a project and manage the project
efficiently.
Project should include a control system for controlling as well as monitoring all the
changes that are associated with the parameters of project management (Cameron & Green,
2019). Change is a project is often stated as continuous as well as discontinuous development of
a project that changes more than one dimension of the organization. For a project, the social
structures as well as stakeholder relationship are changed along with the other changes in the
project. Change management can be stated as evolving discipline that has changed itself over 20
years.
