INTRODUCTION
This report examined about the requirement for the project and introduce for the changes
in project management plan, lifecycle, process groups of the project. Along with analysing the
knowledge while by using project management knowledge.

Change requirements of the project
In given case about the project needed to be changes in such as way stakeholder that can
change their interest towards the project in which they can make sure for having the better
budget, schedule or scope of project if changes have been made. Every individual in project
requirement to changes due to having the proper and make sure for having the proper completion
on time. Communication change must be changes in which the stakeholder and many other
project manager can make their communication (Kasauli and et.al., 2021). While this could also
led for having the better and proper communication among them. While this might be also
important in given case of project changes must be important for which the project manager can
easily make their project and easily analysis he work so that could be more easier in making the
project changes. Technology required to be changes in such way that could also measurement for
completion and communication about the schedule which might be important for the project that
could keep the proper information through using the sources which can keep the fast completion
of project. As having the changes that could also led for having the better project and make sure
for having the proper completion over the project in which the members can work. Stakeholder
can changes the time, schedule for completing the project and hierarchy can be also changes
while having project requirements.
The requirements introduce changes to the project management plan, process groups and life
cycle of the project.
The changes have been made in various such as for having the better communication,
technology, staff member. While this can introduce through having formal meeting, pull or push
communication. That might be also important for taking the benefits in which the project as
given in case study can completed (Wynn and Clarkson, 2018). This have been seems that
changes have been important in which the project management can easily come to know about

the various things which could help for completing the project. The changes in project that could
led for increasing and demand over the customer in which they can complete their project for
having the better opportunities. Feedback can be also taken from the stakeholder in which they
can easily introduce towards the changes that are to be required. While having the changes this
could also led for having much benefits and make sure for having the proper and completion
over the project (Szymański, 2017). While this might be also important in knowing about how
the requirements and introduce towards the process group that could keep the stakeholder and
make their project while by having the estimation for completion of the work. While this can
introduce through having communication and hierarchy must be follow in which the project
manger can easily come to know about the various types of changes that have been done.
Project 1B
Project management refers to the procedure of leading the entire work of a team so that
they can achieve each and every goal of the project within a given time duration. The main
objective of project management is to provide an accurate and complete project as per the
compliances and objectives of the client (Borkovskaya, 2018.). On the other hand project
analysis States about the creation management and disbursement of different reports within the
project so that project may get completed on a given that line. It also helps and incorporates in
few aspects such as how to maintain a project assets how to monitor the entire project what
should be the values and taken in the project and how management can draught necessary and
relevant reports to take down the entire project.
Analysis of project management also provide detailed information about the scope
management how to maintain the cost of different equipments apart from this project must
provide quality and it is the responsibility of management that the most used resources in orderly
and well mannered.
So that the actual outcome can be obtained and project must fulfil the Expectations of the
management organisation. In creating and setting the project management it is very necessary
that the management must take care about the risk management factor because project may face
certain uncertain risk it is the responsibility of manager punishment that they must be ready with
a risk management technique. This is my knowledge which I have shared with my friends to
analyse the project.

management and also analyses the requirement trying to introduce change in the project
