at “Fashion Retail of the Future” to the Sydney flagship store of Alexandria’s
Fashion. The project will take lead into the Australian retail fashion industry. The
project is based on improving the in-store experience of the customers throughout
combination of the technology plus physical product offerings. The project is
based on cost savings from effective ins-tore order entry as well as payment
processes. There is an achievement of cost savings plus improvement in staff
productivity from improved warehouse, inventory and distribution processes. It
becomes a benchmark for the fashion retail in Australia as well as global
marketplace.

objectives, project value statement, project stakeholders and project success
criteria. It also provides with project scope and constraints so that the success of

Following are the recommendations which are suggested for this project plan

Communication plan: The project manager is required to implement a
communication plan in the fashion industry so that the project stakeholders
