The purpose of the project is to start a new business in Victoria Park, Perth and analyze issues
and challenges for this. The main requirement is to provide a context which ensures that the
implementation of the project is to manage these challenges of staring a new business and
ensure that the implementation of the project is effective and efficient as well.
Project objectives:
The objectives of the project are the followings:
 To identify and analyse threats that might affect the project of establishing new
bakery delight in Victoria Park, Perth
 To design a contingency plan for mitigating threats for the project
 To hire expert for providing strategic planning for managing threats identified for the
project
High level description and requirements (scope):
