Here, in this report, a project charter has been developed and discussed including all the details
of the project and various activities within the project, members of the project, work breakdown,
and analysis of the risk factors for the better planning and management of the project.
The main aim of this project to develop an understanding of project charter and how to develop a
better project charter for a project or business.

Project Scope Overview
The project will be accomplished for the movement of the branch office to a new location in the
suburban area within 6 week time. This project will include the movement of staff, setup,
computer and telephone to new premises (J. Kloppenborg 2013, pp.113).
The project will consist of a workflow process to do different works which are as follow:
Work within a four-day window.
Least disruption to staff and customers.
Movement of computer and telephone to new premises.
The budget must be below $100,000.
Business case
The purpose of this project is to move the complete setup of the branch office to a new location
with very less disturbance, within a short time and with less budget as the renewal has been
declined by the landlord for current location (J. Kloppenborg 2013, pp.71). The movement will
include the following:
CIT team to move computer and telephone.
Low downtime as much as possible.
Equipment working fine before Monday morning.
