1.2 Project Purpose
The purpose of this project charter is to present the aspects related to the project of Big
Data implementation within the existing infrastructure of the Intelligent Information Inc and
boost the operational activities within the organization. Other purpose is to identify the roles and
responsibilities of the stakeholders associated with the organization and this implementation. The
aim of this project is to enhance the number of loyal customers for the organization and reduce
churn.

Following are the objectives for the development of the project for the Intelligent Information

responsibilities of the stakeholders associated with the organization and this implementation. The
aim of this project is to enhance the number of loyal customers for the organization and reduce

The scope of the project can be described as implementation of the Big Data analytics

enhancement in the internal and external operational activities in manner to make sure that the
organizationās performance has been enhanced.
1.4 Constraints
Execute the whole project with the expense of budget $ 1,500,000 for the
accomplishment of the IT infrastructure and networking that can allow the efficient application
of the Big data. The timeline of the project would be six months on which a group of ten
members will be contributing. Choosing the appropriate and suitable analytic package would be
another constraint for the delivery of the project.
1.5 Exclusion
The packages of the Big Data, their services, policies and other aspects have not been
covered in this report.
