1. Project Charter
1.1 Project Objectives
Following are the objectives for the development of the project for the Intelligent Information
Inc.:
 To successfully implement the Big Data within the Intelligent Information Inc
 To hire consultant who will be supporting the selection of the analytic packages of Big
Data
 To assign roles and responsibilities to the external and internal staffs
 To comply business objectives with the project execution
 To deliver the project within expected schedule and budget
 To deliver Communication with the vendors
 Train IT maintenance and business users
1.2 Project Purpose
The purpose of this project charter is to present the aspects related to the project of Big
Data implementation within the existing infrastructure of the Intelligent Information Inc and
boost the operational activities within the organization. Other purpose is to identify the roles and
responsibilities of the stakeholders associated with the organization and this implementation. The
aim of this project is to enhance the number of loyal customers for the organization and reduce
churn.

1.3 Project Scope
The scope of the project can be described as implementation of the Big Data analytics
within the IT infrastructure of the company that can enable the functionality of the 100, 000
employees being employed in this organization. It will be helpful in allowing the
accomplishment of the objectives of the project without any extra effort. It will be allowing the
enhancement in the internal and external operational activities in manner to make sure that the
organization’s performance has been enhanced.
1.4 Constraints
Execute the whole project with the expense of budget $ 1,500,000 for the
accomplishment of the IT infrastructure and networking that can allow the efficient application
of the Big data. The timeline of the project would be six months on which a group of ten
members will be contributing. Choosing the appropriate and suitable analytic package would be
another constraint for the delivery of the project.
1.5 Exclusion
The packages of the Big Data, their services, policies and other aspects have not been
covered in this report.

The project manager will be playing the most crucial role in the development of the
project, as the manager will be handling the roles of other stakeholders involved in the project.

4. Stakeholder Management Strategy
Following are the processes needed for the successful accomplishment of the stakeholder
management:
Identifying Stakeholder: This phase has been completed in the above report that describes the
roles and responsibly of the identified stakeholder. It will be helpful in assigning the different
jobs within the project10.
Classifying Stakeholder: This phase emphasizes on the classification of the stakeholders based
on their roles and responsibilities and put them in different categories.
Developing stakeholder strategy: This stage has been accomplished in the above report.
Planning Stakeholder communication: An effective communication can be helpful in motivating
the stakeholders towards the objectives and goals of the FNU.
Executing Stakeholder plan: The p=final phase states the execution of the strategies those have
been planned.
