<Paragraph 1: Formally authorize the project>
This Charter formally authorizes a project to facilitate the request of a client to track services,
make a payment, and get feedback. Many number of users will use a product. It will include
number of modules to implement, migration, and trainings for users to use functions generally by
taking less time and efforts that a project include feature like management and so on.
Implementation will include choice of on premises, cloud, hosted for the software delivery.

cut time out of schedule and implementation. A project plan will be developed and submitted to
the Project Sponsor for approval. Commencement of project activities will begin upon approval
of the project plan and the resources to execute it by the Project Sponsor. Included in the project
plan are to be a scope statement; schedule; cost estimate; budget; and provisions for scope,
resource, schedule, communications, quality, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management as
well as project control.

The purpose of the WEB-INTEINSE project is to facilitate more income in a time lap and permit
more request. This project meets WTP ltd. Information Technology and Immigration Services
for website and this page will present improvement to achieve positive result by support of
feedback. The project will deliver the request of Clint by making payment, track services, and
interact to get feedback. Project deliverables will be big as depends on accomplishments of
client. All think in the creation of this project will develop a structure of work. This will support
and guide the project management. A designed presentation will support quality control process
to ensure clients standards. This will include a project to define milestone and timeline.

The Project Manager, Jason holder, is hereby authorized to interface with management as
required, negotiate for resources, delegate responsibilities within the framework of the project,
and to communicate with all contractors and management, as required, to ensure successful and
timely completion of the project. The Project Manager is responsible for developing the project
plan, monitoring the schedule, cost, and scope of the project during implementation, and
maintaining control over the project by measuring performance and taking corrective action.

A completed project plan will be developed and submitted to the Project Sponsor for approval by
October 6, 2019. Upon approval of the project plan resources will be assigned to the project and
work will commence within WTP Ltd. The project began since august 5, 2019 and will end in 63
days. Once the project commences, work on the project will be performed according to the

schedule provided in the approved project plan. The Project Manager will obtain approval from
the Project Sponsor for any schedule changes which impact the project completion milestone.
