classification
There are different ways through which
projects can be classified. Depending upon the
project details the planning should be
prepared.
The phases on which the projects the
classified include the following:
Size of the project based on cost, business
values, project team members and duration
for successful completion
Project initiation documentation

managers will be senior most. Based on the
experience, skill and knowledge the project
managers are allocated.
Yes, I think that a functional manager of any
organization can easily become a project
manager for any business organization. The
project manager should follow all necessary
criteria to meet the objectives (Kerzner
2017).
Again the project managers should motivate
and co-ordinate all the project team
members together so that they can
successfully deliver the project
requirements.
Based upon the priority of any project the
roles of the project manager and functional
manager are categorized and allocated.

The career path differ a lost for the project
driven organization and non project driven
organization. Project driven organization
always helps to increase the knowledge and
the skills of any personnel.
Among the project manager, line manager
and project engineer the growth or career
path differs a lot. For any person the career
should be started from a basic role where,
they will get chance to learn many different
organizational project aspects (Kerzner
2017). Then, the gathered skills and
knowledge help the person to become a
project manager or line manager
respectively.
Initiation and Planning documentation
 IJPM There are different organizational structures
such as functional, matrix etc. Based on the
professionalism and discipline all these
structures, their effectiveness and efficiency
can be defined.
In order to deploy the project properly all
activities should be organized professionally.
Based on the situation and current position
of the organizations therapy sessions are
needed either regular basis or frequently.
 PMJ For project management the therapy session
can take place for smaller time san or a larger
time span.
The frequency of the therapy session
depends on the chosen organizational plan
and all time it is not necessary that these
should be treated equally rather based on
the e=complexity these should be treated
accordingly.

placed at the top most designation and the
rest of the members are always having
professional bosses.
Project manager: Project executive is he
boss for the project manager
Functional team members: Functional team
members have many bosses such as
functional manager, project manager,
operational manager and obviously the
executive manager.
Functional manager: The Functional
manager has to report t the project
executives’ bout the current status of the
project and its operational details.

Portfolio Reflection
From the week 6 lectures slides I have obtained lots of knowledge and skills accordingly. I have learned details about the consistent management of
projects, values maximization, and all those ways through which a clear project agreement can be delivered. Not only this but also have learned that, in
order to successfully complete any project regular review of the performance with Knowledge performance indicator is beneficial.
