PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Question 1:
1a) Components of project charter and importance of project charter in scope
management
It is found that the major parts of the project charter mainly include project overview,
SOW as well as proper outline of the organizational structure that further lists the personnel as
well as their roles in the project (Wu, 2019). In addition to this, the charter also includes project
objectives, high level requirements, assumptions, high level risks, milestone schedule as well as
summary budget.
It is found that the scope in the project charter helps in reflecting a very much small
detailed set of features that are related with the project. Its t is found that the work that is needed
to be done in order to achieve the results is mainly based on the scope that is written within the
project charter. In addition to this, the project scope also helps in enabling the manager to
allocate both the cost as well as resources that are mainly required for finishing the work of the
project on time.
1b) Project charter update
It is found that the project charter can be updated or changed after the charter gets
signed off. It is found that all requirements which are mainly related with the charter will be
reviewed and then they are generally analyzed for the impact. After proper analysis when the
higher authority of the project understands that the changes which are needed in the project are
beneficial for the success of the project as per the analysis of triple constraints the charter will be
updated (Meredith, Mantel Jr & Shafer, 2017). However, if the higher authority analyzes that
there are a number of constraints which can occur then they do not provide permission for
updating the charter.

Question 2:
2a) Ways in which stakeholders are determined
As per the PMBOK guide, it is found that the project stakeholders are an individual or
group who generally gets affected by a decision or outcome related with the project. It is
analyzed that if someone generally have any type of interest or they are getting affected by the
work as well as outcome of the project then they are stakeholders of a project (Kerzner,
2018). The identification of project stakeholder generally starts with the beginning of the project
and the documents that helps in finding the stakeholders are listed below:
Project charter: The project charter generally helps in reflecting high level information
about the stakeholders with the name of the project manager, sponsor as well as another
influential stakeholder (Martens & Carvalho, 2017).
Contract documents: The contract documents assist in providing the names of various
suppliers as well as local agents that are associated with the project.
2b) Information included in communication plan and ways in which stakeholder
incorporate the communication plan
The communication plan must include information about the communication goal and
objective for driving the results effectively. It must also involve the owner stakeholders as well
as audience stakeholder between both the communication can be conducted effectively.
Moreover, the communication plan also includes details about the frequency and the medium of
communication effectively (Tonchia, 2018). Moreover, the time as well as place selected for
undertaking the communication is also reflected in the communication plan.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The ways in which the stakeholders are incorporated within the project communication
plan are mainly elaborated below:
In the first step, it is needed to identify the objective of communication and as per the
objective, the owner assigns audience during the procedure of communication so that
proper communication can take place (Kerzner, 2018).
After assigning of the audience, both the owner and audience communicate so that the
