The communication management process that is mainly followed by project supervisor
and project team members are comprises of some phases and entities. The process initiates with
development of communication plan, methods and materials. After that the project stakeholders
are identified with whom the communication process will be applied. Then the information items
will be identified. It will develop objectives and project key messages. Based on communication
content, the medium must be selected by the project supervisor. The process starts with ideation,
plain text transfer through channel avoiding noise and ends until it is successfully received by the
receiver. The procedures that are also used include:
Version control: The system records changes in either any file or set over changing time
to recall the specified version after whenever required.

issue that interrupts the formal process of communication.

Project management Information system is a tool rather technique used by the project
supervisor to share information. It helps to deliver a project to the clients within time and
estimated fund. It can collect, combine and distribute information via electronic medium. It helps
project team associates to create project schedule, cost, risk assessment plan and stakeholder
engagement plan.
Access authority level: The IS holds different confidential information therefore; all
MLR employees should not be authorized to access data from the server.
Privacy considerations: Stored information is all needed to be protected from the
external attackers and these attacks can be prevented with the implementation of encryption
technology.
