A most effective method of communication
The most effective method used for communication between the senior management and
the stakeholders in the formal verbal communication. It includes the transmission of information
from one person to another. It has two parts one is oral communication and the other one is
written communication. The verbal communication is supposed to be most effective as it
provides a clear understanding of the stakeholder both in written and orally (Zulch, 2014).
Hence, it keeps the records of all the exchange of information that takes place between the senior
management and the stakeholder. This will eventually help in forming the plan of the project and
it will remove the barriers that may occur while dealing with the stakeholders and mitigate the
possible risks.
Liner communication
The linear communication is the simplest model for communication. The flow of
information is on a straight line, the sender directly sends the message to the receiver of the
message. The receiver does not have the facility to give any feedback to the sender. The most
effective place to use this type of communication is for mass communication. This
communication takes place in the presence of noise. The benefits of this communication are that
persuasion to the audience is possible and obtains intentional output (Parker, Kunde &
Zeppetella, 2017). The project manager uses this communication in delivering the requirement of
the project to the team members. The examples of this type of communication are seen in
distributing tasks, delivery of project structure to the team by the project manager, etc.
