Due to some unforseen situation of high monsoon at site, the earth has
flown away and the cash flow was blocked and so the cash crunch can
happen and it can raise to delay in work completion

Just after the deep excavation of the site establishment facility area was
completed to do the sub structure work, the very next day heavy rainfall
was continued for several days and the whole area was under water,
which delayed the work like anything and the whole schedule got affected
