Processes involved with request submission
The procedures involved with submitting a change request are described below:
Identification of the changes that are to be conducted in the system.
Development of a change request form
Submission of the change request form
Reviewing the change requests that have been provide to the clients
After the above-mentioned procedures, the project manager would be recording the
details of the CRF in the CID log. This would be helpful in change request tracking
The change request is to be approved after this step
The Project name Leadership is to be revaluated
The change request made by the project team is to be closed.
Changes Required
One of the major change required by the Corwin Corporation was changing of the test
conditions set by the project team. The test condition initially set by the project team were not
up to the mark and the hence, the requirement for change was notified to the project team. It
was also identified that the employees of Corwin Corporation are very unprofessional hence;
the clients required a change in personnel. Hence, the functional employee was removed from
the project and the hence there was a requirement to change allocated a different employee
for the organization. The organization also has a requirement for appointment of a project
manager so that project can be developed efficiently for the organization. The project budget
was also to be improved depending on the project and inclusion of further details of the
project.

Impact on time, cost and quality of the project
The major impacts on the project would take place due to changes made in the
personnel taking part in the project and development of the projects were done in accordance
with the new allotment of the project team members were made. Hence, the time and the
budget of the project increased to a great level. The Budget of the project was required to be
redesigned and it was with the schedule of the project. There was an extension in the
schedule of the project as there was additional time required for the allocation of the new
personnel to the project. However as per the requirements stated by the organization the
quality of the project was to increase to a great extent.
Options to satisfy each change request
For the satisfactory changes to be met for the following tasks were to be competed by
the organization:
Interviews for the recruitment of a project manager: There are different types of
Project Manager Interview Questions. This helps in recruiting proper employees
within the project. The project manager should has the ability to plan the project as
per business requirement. After this, the execution of project takes place. In order to
have a better project it is important to have a better team with best employees. The
employees are being assessed based on the skills they have. The employee should be
capable of understanding the project requirements efficiently so that it can work as
per the project needs.
Development of new test conditions for the project: The aim of creating a test plan is
to have a better control over the project. The test conditions for the project includes
finishing the project within the given deadline. Moreover, the employee and manager
should have the ability to overcome critical situations. The project should be able

analyse all the requirements within time. Scheduling the resources within time
becomes necessary.
Interviews for the recruitment of a new functional employee for the system: The
functional employee for system should be able to address all the risks that are likely to
affect project. The project manager needs to interview based on the ability of
employees to perform technical task. The employee should able to handle technical
tasks effectively.
Risks associated to the options
Risks associated with the options selected for the change control are described below:
The main risk with that of the interviews are that it is very difficult for the
organization to select the suitable person for the development of project.
In addition to this, the development of test plan for the organization can also take up
more time than required which might end up in scope creep for the project.
