Analysis of Project Delay Causes and Management Methodologies Research

This report synthesizes research from multiple sources to explore the causes of project delays and examine various project management methodologies. It analyzes studies focusing on construction projects, as well as broader research on project management. The report includes research on delay factors in road construction in Egypt and building construction in Uganda. It also reviews different research methodologies, including mixed methods, qualitative research, and sampling techniques. Furthermore, the report explores various project management approaches, such as agile, traditional, and mixed agile/traditional methodologies, as well as data science project management methodologies. The report provides insights into project management practices and the factors that influence project success and failure.
