1. Introduction
The article focuses on the impact of project delivery methods that would be made with

construction. Based on the discussions of Carpenter and Bausman (2016), the best form of
procurement methods and efficient contract management strategies for the construction in
schools are analysed. The article also focused on a particular method, which is responsible for
producing best form of quality of service and high levels of product.
2. Discussion
The discussion focuses on the various construction projects, which are subjected to an
extensive form of complex risks and issues. There are a vast number of parties involved during
the process of construction projects performed in schools. The project delivery methods also
known as comprehensive management systems have majorly been developed for the purpose of
