3 Executive Summary
The report will discuss the various aspects of project management which were
considered and followed during project. It will aim at discussing the project management
and control strategies for the product. The report will also evaluate the quality
management and implementation strategies during the product development.
4 Scope of the Report
The Babel fish earbud is one of the most attractive and successful innovation as it
can translate 40 languages with the help of real time data. The report analysis will help to
evaluate that how this project study can be helpful in creating product awareness and
which challenges were faced during project. This report will also evaluate that how
project management barriers can be avoided to successfully implement various stages of
product development.
5 Project Review
The project requires appropriate strategies for its initiation, development, control
and execution. Babel fish earbud project has been managed by PRINCE 2 management
approach. In this context the project has been planned and targets the language and
communication barriers. The major risk involved in the process is the external noises
which are not overcome by the earlier inventions.
However, the project stages has been developed in a way that it has analysed the
possible factors which can affect the success of project and project goals can be meet.
The abnormal events such as cost, planning, resource availability and time limitations
can affect the effectiveness of project. The project has also evaluated the basic elements
such as equipments, facilities and devices which are required to ensure the quality of
product so .To manage the quality aspects of project the development stage is controlled
and regularly monitored. With effective PRNICE 2 method the delivery and stage
boundary of project are also well defined.
6 Measurements Review
The cultural and language barriers make it hard for people to communicate in the
era of globalisation. The project has conducted analysis of real life situations to evaluate
the scope and success probability of the projcet. It is challenging task to develop and
manage a product which overcomes the unpredictable real time barriers as well as real
data. The distribution and development of project has also been influenced by the
cultural diversity of team members. Thus to evaluate the effectiveness of project we have
also considered the cultural factors of team members and tried to overcome those
barriers. The most commonly identified error during quality management strategies is the
inability to recognise the factors which degrade the quality or which are not highlighted
during error detection process. To address this issue and to deliver error free services
development team has evaluated strategies which can help to overcome errors. These

are analysed after detailed analysis of products. It not only make easy to follow project
development stages with more accuracy and quality but also reduces the error
probability. In the initial quality inspection the major issues identified were cultural
competencies, budget factors and ensuring regularity in conducting market research for
analysing the project scope.
7 Significant Lessons
From the project management of several outcomes have been analysed. The
event has been considered as the remarkable development in the communication
context. During project management it was difficult to give suitable solution to randomly
generated questions such as how our project will meet the existing technologies as
discussed in project and how project can be accepted by generalised audience. The
project implementation stage also experience barriers such as demotivation and
technical challenges. During surveys and communications it was also analysed that
many users believed that our project has small scope and it will not be able for us to
address the technological barriers. Several times communication barriers were also
identified among team members but they were effectively managed on time through
suitable solutions.The project has vast opportunities and along with communication its
usage can also be extend to overcome cultural barriers and thus making business
process more effective and profitable.
