Key Responsibilities:

 Site visits to assess the job, study, analyse and evaluate tender documents from a
technical point of view in order to identify risk factors, ensuring that technical terms
comply with the relevant standards for the overall risk assessment and bid decision.
 Jointly Biding with EPC Contractors (JGC, SULZER, CCE, HADI ALHAMMAM) for
Electrical and Instrumentation Portion.
 Checking ARAMCO ECN Portal for new opportunities to Bid.
 Accurate estimation of required material as per bill of quantities, amount of work,
material, equipment, and manpower requirements during the tendering phase.
 Finalize estimation of all direct and indirect costs and consolidate in
 Company’s budget format to finalize pricing strategy.
 Coordinate with the procurement department to negotiate with approved vendors,
suppliers and subcontractors for various supplies of material as per project requirement.
 Explain the project, the basis of pricing and the names of any other competing
contractors.
 Carry out adjustments to the tender based on the discussions in the meeting and complete
tender documentation for submission before due date.
 Responsible to estimate and submit all proposals to client on time.
 Ensure all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented and
properly recorded.

 Provide all the necessary project information upon project award to the Project Manager
as per the project specification & budget.
 Advice Project Manager on contractual rights, course of action which has been taken into
consideration during tendering.

products for revamp, upgrade, brown field and green field projects.
 Developing project objectives by reviewing project proposals and delivery schedules.
 Studying product design to determine project responsibilities and specifications.
 Preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
 Preparation and implementation of Project Inspection test
 Plan with Quality Engineer.
 Attending Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and assist in

approval.

 Preparing Detail design package and submitting to client for review.
