It is determined that the project outcomes are similar to the expected project objectives set
at the early stage of website development. It is assumed that after three years the company
will earn huge commercial profit by increasing the brand awareness and product awareness

It is learnt that project management knowledge areas are the most important aspects and factors that
has to be considered to manage and complete any project on time and estimated budget. In order to
quality project delivery the project manager also need to develop proper time management plan,
budget management plan followed by a feasibility report, communication management plan, quality
management plan and a progress status report. It is learnt that if all these aspects are properly
followed and maintained appropriately then project will meet the objectives and goals for long terms
success of the company. The different knowledge areas of project management that are needed to be
focused are project integration management, project scope management, project time management,
project cost management, quality management, human resource management and project
communications management. The project integration management includes the fundamental plans
like making a project charter for all the tasks in the projects that are needed to be done in the initial
phase. By this document the project is set up and thus assigned to the project manager. Another
important phase is the project scope management in which the detail requirement of the final service
or product is needed to be collected. Then time management is also important for the company as the
tasks in the project are needed to be optimized to increase overall project efficiency. Also, the
duration of the tasks can change based on change in real time scenarios and hence dates and
deadlines of the tasks in the project are needed to be revised frequently.
