Change management is considered as an important factor for executing a project
successfully. This helps in ensuring that all the necessary changes are introduced within the
organization for the purpose of successfully developing the project. Change management is
considered to be crucial for managing the changes within the organization. This helps in in
carrying out the business activities successfully. Change management within project
management is considered as an important factor as this helps in addressing the security aspects
effectively so that it becomes easy to manage the project requirements effectively. With proper
project management tools it becomes easy to manage changes within an organization. After
evaluating the case study it has been observed that sever communication breakdown has
hampered the overall production rate. Due to lack of proper communication process it has been
observed that the performance has hampered widely. There is a need to understand the
importance of proper communication within the project team members. Without an effective
communication process it becomes very difficult to execute a project successfully. It is important
to have an effective communication so that the chances of proper execution of project can be
carried out. Project success is considered to be an effective communication process as this helps
in maximizing the success and also ensures that the different components are fulfilled
successfully. The different types of communication process that are needed for successfully
executing a project include verbal way of communication, electronic, written and face to face
interaction. According to the case study the blue spider, it has been observed that due to huge
lack of cost the overall budget has overrun. The main reason behind overrun of budget is the time
management issue. The main purpose behind initiating change management is to ensure that the
major drawbacks associated with the project can be mitigated successfully. It is important to

ensure that an effective communication strategy is initiated for the purpose of managing
successful communication.
The ways through which the communication process within the case study can be
enhanced includes using proper project management application from the beginning of the
project, adopting proper communication plan, using a RACI appropriately, enhancing the active
listening procedure and focusing on using online tools. This will help in improving the business
process and will ensure that all components are shared successfully while executing the project.
Apart from this there is also a problem that was identified with billing process. This has
hampered the result and also impacted the employee’s salary. Thus it is important to develop
proper measures that will be capable of making a positive change within the activities of the
organization. With proper use of communication skills it will become easy to improve the
business performance. The benefits that will be offered with the use of change management is
that it ensures better performance. Proper way of communication needs to be carried out
successfully so that the project can be successfully executed. Effective communication strategy
will eventually lead to enhance the business performance.
