Regularly changing in the management help in enhancing the efficiency of the organisation,
developing effective management is essential in the organisation which helps in optimism
workflow, enhance productivity, ensure the project meets and develop managing and reinforcing
change within the organisation. The report focuses on the essential changes and approaches
which should be adopted by the managers of Robert L. Frank in context of reducing the
challenges which are faced at the time of managing the products (Wysocki, 2014). The report
aims to develop developing approaches and changes need to be done in relation to enhancing
workforce engagement, analysing project completion requirements and analyse further project
requirements at initial stages.
Robert L. Frank is one of the largest constructive companies in the Australian market, it deals
with various construction projects and manages all essentials of the project. Currently, the
company is facing some major challenges at the time of managing products. Managers of the
company are facing various problems at the time of dealing with projects in an essential manner.
Lack of project management approaches in the organisation has reduced the efficiency of project
deliverables and performance of the project management team (Wysocki, 2014). The main
motive of organisational managers is to develop changes in the management activities which
enhance quality in the project, at help management team to accomplish target in a timely and
cost-effective manner.
Changing the process
It is essential to adopt changing management approaches in the project management department
of Robert L. Frank Company. The company should focus on changing managing activities such
as technological system, information system which is used at the time of working on the project.
The main motive of the company is to change the process which is used while working on the
project (Wysocki, 2014). The changing process which should be followed and adopted by Robert
L. Frank is proposed below:
Analyse the systems which require changes during the project, this will help in upgrading
the system which will help in enhancing the performance of the project system (Heldman,
2013).

Develop an effective control process while managing project which helps in controlling
budget analysis, project systematic analysis and upgradation of tools and techniques. It
helps in analysing the system picture through which stakeholders of a company can
determine the changes which are necessary to adopt.
Propose change by conducting a meeting with project management members, this will
help in developing the engagement of stakeholders and help in developing the efficiency
of the project in an effective manner.
These changes should be adopted by the project managers of Robert L. Frank.

Some of the other changes which help in developing continuity and sustainability at the time of
working in the project:
Time management: It was identified that project team members fail in understanding the
aspects of the project. To develop effective time management, the company has to implement
some changes in the training and development process, it is essential to provide better
development programmes to employees which will help them in understanding the aspects of the
project. Along with this, the project manager should set time management while performing the
task which helps in developing effective time management (Wysocki, 2014).
Cost and quality of the project: Quality is the most essential aspect which will help in
developing efficiency and effectiveness of the project. Robert L. Frank Company has to maintain
quality in the project which can be done by using good quality material at the time of
construction of a building or any other project. The company should develop effective cost
analysis method which will help in analysing about the cost and expenses required to purchase
material and constructing building Heldman, K. (2013). Cost effective method can be
implemented by engaging stakeholders of the company and help in developing the efficiency of
the project. These two aspects are playing a vital role in changing project management
techniques.
Scope of the project: Project scope requires the involvement of stakeholders through which
information can be gathered at the time of the project. The scope defines the path and set the

direction to the project. The scope defines the needs and requirement of projects which help in
accomplishing and delivering the project deliverables (Solli-Sæther, et,al., 2015). There is a need
to change some features and essence of the project at the time of identifying the scope of the
project.
These essential changes are required to consider by the managers of Robert L. Frank Company,
these changes will help in enhancing the efficiency of the project in an appropriate manner (Bell,
2014).
Discussion in relation to changes request
The above-proposed changes which are requested are essential to considered by the
organisational managers. Time management in the project can be maintained by providing
proper training to the employees and develop their understanding by development programmes.
On the other side, the quality of the project can be developed by analysing the requirement of
project and managers should use better quality materials which enhance the efficiency of project

stakeholders (Wysocki, 2014).
The project managers should consider these risk factors and should analyse risk factors through
which effective decision could be made and lead to productive result for Robert L. Frank
Company. The risk factors can be analysed by implementing risk management strategies and
techniques.
The managers and stakeholder of the company should analyse all the changes which are
requested in the changing request. Engagement of stakeholders in the project only increases
when a project has proper sustainability and efficiency. The changes should be adopted by the
