Project execution is based on the pre-planning or the phase accomplished by the action. It is
the implementation process which considers the deliver the expected project. During the
project implementation or execution, a complete team need to monitor its own activity and
the team leaders evaluate the activity or action of each team member activity. At the time of
project execution, the individual need to understand the concept of cost, time, quality, issues
and risk. For execution, a team must be to communicate with each other and resolve their
issues by collaborating with each other (Caramia, 2019).
There are some common challenges faced during the project execution i.e. when team
member will not share any information, poor change management theories, lack of
transparency etc. Project execution and implementation is the time when the project requires
appropriate sharing of information and the theories provide a principle and the steps which
ensure that the project will surely be accomplished in a proper manner. But if it will not be

the resource. Sponsor and stakeholder evaluate the performance by the status report (Cox,
et.al., 2018).
The pitfalls faced by the team and sponsor in the project sponsorships are if the project
requires some urgent requirement at the same time when there is no availability of the
required resource. During the project, it requires proper collaboration in the team and
effective communication among all the individuals. Deadline affects the performance of
every team member, which is the basic pitfall in the stage of project execution.
Gantt chart is the most effective tool for the project because it has a complete scenario of how
all the relevant will be accomplished. It requires sincerely following and meeting the set
milestone. It develops the time frame chart of every action or activity which is needed to be
accomplished during project execution. Milestone refers that the running project will be
completed and it allows moving on the second activity. It is prepared by using Microsoft
Project software. It avoids the complexity and risk which is faced during the project
execution. It is completely developed on the basis of prior phases in the lifecycle of the
project. Gantt Chart is prepared by using activity in the work break down structure, for this
purpose work break downs structure is developing in a very initial stage and if require any
kind of changes for modification. The WBS gets restructured, and after the final stage there
the process will be starting over the Gantt chart (Worley and Mohrman, 2014)

manager takes all the responsibility to manage all the activity and action done during the
project. It helps to avoid any kind of redundancy and risk which may mislead the success of
the project. But the entire tasks are accomplished in a proper manner. There are major
chances that the project will increase its success rate and it delivers an effective approach.
