The post of my friend states that change management is one of the most essential
components. According to the post it can be stated that for managing the change successfully
within an organization it becomes essential to manage the overall performance of the project.
After analyzing the post it can be stated that my friend has evaluated all the necessary impacts of
change management effectively and evaluated the R&D phases at the initial phase of project. In
the part of critical analysis of the case study, my friend has focused on evaluating the
performance that is carried out by Gary in detailed. The analysis has described the drawbacks
and issues that were faced by the project engineer while executing Blue spider project.
According to me, there is a need to identify the components more effectively for the purpose of
supporting the context. After reviewing the post I can state that, I completely agree with my
friend as he has evaluated the characteristic traits well. Due to lack of proper change
management within the project it became difficult to succeed. Thus it can be stated that in order
to enhance the performance as a project engineer it is crucial to have better managerial skills.
This will enhance the team performance. Lastly, my friend has provided a recommendation for
the purpose of improving the overall performance. Hence I can state that the post of my friend is
correct and I totally agree with the results that are drawn by him.
