AI Summary
This report delves into the intricacies of project execution and control, using a case study of the Corwin Corporation to illustrate key concepts. It begins by identifying the processes involved in submitting a report to address necessary changes, emphasizing the importance of clear communication and understanding between parties. The analysis then critically examines the required changes, particularly focusing on the impacts on scope, time, cost, and quality, and the techniques used to manage them, such as the waterfall model and the importance of stakeholder involvement. The report further explores options for satisfying change requests, discussing associated risks, and the significance of determining the scope of change and implementing it effectively, highlighting the importance of communication throughout the process. Finally, the report includes a completed change request/control form, providing a practical application of the concepts discussed, and references supporting literature.

Change requests are prone to go beyond the scope where agreements reside.
Generally this means that the change that is going to be suggested in the industry has a
possibility that requires more expenditure of funds than usual (Hayes, 2018). This is why the
idea of change management is often opposed due to this, since funds tend to get spent more
than the usual predefined budget. However, there are associated options that would help in

Minutes of Meeting, it could be guessed that there was a scope to implement
change that would indeed demand a greater amount of monetary incur, but that
could have saved the project from being cancelled (Doppelt, 2017). Therefore,
it is heavily demanded that the minimalist scope for change needs to be
detected in a project that would help in the betterment of the entire
organization and the clients as well.
Determination of scope of implementing the change: Once the scope of
change is identified, it is important that the scope for implementing the change
in the organization or the project is identified as well. This is to make sure that
the change implementation does not go vain because of any factor opposing it,
or the change does little benefit to the company.
Gaining approval or rejection for the change: A company may have
various levels of approval and these must be identified in order to detect
whether the change shall be approved or rejected (Cameron & Green, 2015).
These are however hypothetical examples and in realistic approaches, the
company checks with the stakeholders before approving to a change in the
organization.
Communication: Communication is essential in any organization while
implementing change (Carnall, 2018). These must go through the following
updates to make the stakeholders of the project understand the impact of the
change according to the state of the project:
o Requirement documentation
o Technical design documentation
o Project plans and scheduling
o Testing plans or test cases

4. Complete the change request/control from provided or one that is used from a
workplace
Change is considered as an ominous word in the industry. However, changes are
rationalized and genuinely required for legitimate business (Pugh, 2016). From the case study
above, it has been seen that the problem identified in the project has been the timing and the
budgeting of the entire project. The project had been signed on the Pearl Harbor Day which
has been considered problematic for the organization.
With regards to this, it can be said that previously it had been found that success of a
project has been regarded as a successful scheduling of the project. The complete changing of
schedule of a project has also resulted in the success of an initially unsuccessful one.
