Module 1:
From this module, I have learnt about how project management helps in execution of
project and controlling of project. The project managers look at the fact that in project execution,
the work of the project should be completed according to the time and cost that is planned in the
planning phases of the project management. I have also learnt about identifying the outputs as
well as managing the output for directing a project work. The managers are to take many
responsibilities to identify as well as manage a project work. These responsibilities of managers
help to exhibit an attention for detailing, establish a good communication, as well as establish a
leadership module in managing a team.
Module 2:
From this module, I have learnt that project baseline is nothing but point of reference.
From this module, I can also summarize that project baseline is a measure in project management
about how the performance changes from plans that were made. I have also learnt about how to
control a project and the importance of project control in project management. Project control
consists of cost estimation, risk management, document control that are necessary for controlling
a project. The change request can be managed by updating the change log that is requested by the
client and by accessing the priority of the change.
Module 3:
In this module, I have identified about the sources of data that are required for project
quality control. With the execution of project, the managers needs quality assurance and quality
control that are to be assured while managing the project. I have learnt that the quality assurance
has many activities that are mainly undertaken for ensuring the processes used in project to meet

the quality requirement of the project. From this module, I have learnt the difference between
standard and regulation that are needed for controlling a project. The quality control that entrails
the monitoring of a particular project results in determining whether the project have standards
that was previously defined in the scope of the project.
Module 4:
From this module, I have learnt how to identify the risks and analyze them. This module
also gave a detailed description about how to develop strategies for mitigating those risks that are
involved in a project. For a project to be successful, I have learnt that there must be a good
communication in between the members as well as the mangers of the project to make it
successful. This module has increased my communication knowledge that is to be addressed
between the members of a team. A project consists of many risks for which the stakeholders are
to be notified. I have learnt that the managers leading the project should communicate with the
stakeholder is there is change regarding the project time schedule or cost schedule. I have
personally learnt how to make the communication smoother while dealing with project in this
module.
Module 5:
This module has taught me project measurement system that are needed for establishment
of project providing timely, accurate, and complete information for the variables of project. This
project measurement mainly helps to identify the performance and progress of the project. Actual
information are to be used by the project manager for determining, controlling, analyzing the
report from the baseline of the project. I have also learnt the proper progress and the performance
that are used for a project report. I have learnt about many tools such as Work Breakdown

Structure, Gantt Charts, Critical Path Analysis, Pert method, and Resource Histograms that are
required to control the progress of the project.
Module 6:
This module deals with the project closure that is related with the project management.
The project closure deals with many actions as well as activities that I have learnt from this
module. I have learnt about importance of Organizational Process Assets that are needed for
project closure. I got to know that the organizational process assets basically includes a project
that are used to influence the success of a project.
Reflection:
From the module 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, I have got to know about handling project
management in more details. I have learnt about how to direct the project work and manage them
accordingly. I have learnt that project assets are much necessary for executing a project
successfully. I have also learnt many scope changing management techniques from module 1. I
have also learnt about the tools and techniques of change control in a project. There are many
validation as well as control scope of projects that I have leant form one of the modules.
Monitoring the project activity status is one of the most important part of project management
that I have learnt from these modules. There is a need of quality assurance and quality control for
managing a particular project. I have leant about how to control and monitor the work in a
project and about the tools and techniques that are needed to assure the quality as well as assure
the control of the project. One of the module also talks about risk as well as communication
management that I have learnt. I have learnt about various processes that are required to manage
the risk of a project. For analyzing the risk, I have learnt about many tools as well as techniques

about project management.
