plans of the company. Here the report focuses on the change control process which is proposed
in the context of Robert L. Frank Construction Company. The report aims to demonstrate
essential aspects of the change control process which will help in developing effective control on
the overall process of Construction Company and develop effective control over its management
performance and policies.

There are various factors in the change control process which are required in the context of
Robert L. Frank Construction Company. The company has developed huge profitability from its
various projects and has developed the interest of stakeholders in the project. The company deals
with the construction services, serving the petroleum and deals with food processing industries
(Mejlaender-Larsen, 2017). Recently, the company has faced a huge loss in its last project, the
