Change control process has always played an essential role in changing the organisational
policies and structures (Errera, 2014). Change control process is playing an essential role in
developing and maintaining the project control, cost control and in configuration management
plans of the company. Here the report focuses on the change control process which is proposed
in the context of Robert L. Frank Construction Company. The report aims to demonstrate
essential aspects of the change control process which will help in developing effective control on
the overall process of Construction Company and develop effective control over its management
performance and policies.
Process identification
There are various factors in the change control process which are required in the context of
Robert L. Frank Construction Company. The company has developed huge profitability from its
various projects and has developed the interest of stakeholders in the project. The company deals
with the construction services, serving the petroleum and deals with food processing industries
(Mejlaender-Larsen, 2017). Recently, the company has faced a huge loss in its last project, the
managers and co-founders of the company try to develop change process which will help in
developing effective and sustainable project control and process at the time of handling the
project. It is essential to develop process planning through which effective control can be
maintained for the project (Errera, 2014). Some actions should be taken by the managers of the
company to deal with the challenges:
 Analyse information related to the project: Identification of all the aspects which help
in developing the process to perform various actions. The essential motive of the
company is to focus on the important aspects which help in enhancing the performance of
the project (Mourato & Patrício, 2019).
 Develop control process: For dealing with challenges, then the company has to develop

 Prevent wasteful processes: It is essential to analyse the unnecessary products which are
hampering the performance and developing challenges for the projects of the company.
