Assumptions
For the purpose of the project, some assumptions have been made that are listed as

It has been assumed that the total overall budget of $65 is sufficient to complete the
project.
It has been assumed that the construction of the IT center is feasible within the given
limitations of scope, time and budget.
Planning Methodology
There are several project management methodologies that are being used by project
managers in order to ensure the project is executed in the right manner. Among various popular
methodologies, there are agile, lean, scrum, waterfall and others. Based on the type and nature of
the project, the methodology is chosen such that the project is executed properly.
For this particular project, the chosen methodology is Agile – it will allow iteration of the
various project phases in order to deliver the best quality outcome for the project. Agile model
will increase the overall time require for the project but will also ensure delivery of high quality
outcome that is required from the project.
