1. The project scope defined clearly at early stage while entering in the performance.
The project scopes is not decided at the early stage, the company had to changes their

and cost which is an important aspect of company as well. The scope which is reflecting the test
matrix which is to be accurate (Kerzner, 2019).
This is prepared at the early stage as company had to submit in their report or if they
signed any contract than they have to mentioned in that agreement that there project is to be

completed in such time period and the cost incurred is this. In this case study the contract is
completed for ten months of efforts and it is negotiated at $2.2 million at the firm fixed price
(Meredith, Mantel Jr and Shafer, 2017). But the impact of time and cost is that they had to work
accordingly and if the results are not accurate or according to their set metric than their the other
company had rights to cancel the project and they had to suffer the loss which they incurred at
the time of managing the projects.
2. The decision to start BS projects a strategically sound decision
To start BS projects is not at all the sound decision of the company as they can have to go
beyond their ethical norms to complete the projects. The results which they are getting are not
accurate such as the temperature which is to be ranged between -65°F to 145°F but they getting
the results of 130°F. They had to use various technical helps to get that results which is
demanded in the projects but they use unethical way to present their projects and by their
proposal which they reflect, they get the projects of Blue Spider (Lock, 2018). They always use
such tag line which respects that the trust doesn't always win the proposal and they didn't get the
proposal by reflecting the fair image. To sympathise the procedure they use the fraud values in
their proposal and then present to the companies by this strategy they get the award of
completing the proposal in better way. This added in their list of completing such projects and
also Gray Anderson gets promotion as a programme managers which align with various duties

Projects are run by effective involvement of every team and if the company is taking any
projects that it requires the proper and authentic work of every department so that they can
minutely examine the factors and performance of the company and the project which are handed
to them. In this case, the stakeholder involvement are important as investors invest their money
in the project and they are liable to check the working of the project (Kerzner and Kerzner,
2017). If the project is working according to their expectation or they are achieving the targets
within the stipulated time and efforts. Stakeholder is important in every projects as they invested
their huge amount in giving contract to their project to other company. Various teams are
imposed to inspect such project and they are to be awarded for their best performance and quality
work. In case of Park cooperation, Gary Anderson is working as project managers bus they have
completed for ten months of efforts and it is negotiated at $2.2 million at the firm fixed price
(Meredith, Mantel Jr and Shafer, 2017). But the impact of time and cost is that they had to work

the Blue Spider project which is specially designed for the army purpose. To engages in some
projects various formulates are requires and if the project is related to army than technologies are
to be update, so that no leakage of information are to be occupied. Thus, honesty and trust are the
major aspect in the project which Gary carriers while committing his work. He is not addicted
with his job profile as project managers but rather he chooses to be ethical be his behaviours and
