Overview of the project
The New Zealand Ministry of Health have generally employed a project manager for
investigating proper way to notify the public about various types of potential as well as actual
health epidemic within the age of internet, IoT as well as smartphone. It is found that proper
investigation is done on the present processes as well as methods of health notification system
for properly reading the Website of Health Ministry for reaching different articles online. This is
mainly done for finding existing solutions which could be effectively provide proper
notifications system for the epidemic that is occurring in New Zealand. The ministry will
generally accept a system that will be adapted from existing solution or a proper novel solution
Furthermore, the notification system generally has two user interface that is either a website or
mobile app which will be developed after analyzing the benefits of two interface for generating
notification about an epidemic.
It is found that the paper conducts feasibility analysis for both the interface in order to
find out which project is feasible. The paper utilizes proper project selection model for
determining the best option. In addition to this, project charter is created which includes all the
significant information about the project. Moreover, the paper also helps in preparing a project
plan for properly designing the scope of the project. Furthermore, cost control technique as well
as different quality management principles are also elaborated in this paper for reflecting how the
factors are creating positive impact on the project.

Operational feasibility
The operational efficiency of the website is good as it helps in enhancing the experience
of the users as it will become quite easy for the users to reach a broader number of audience than
a mobile app can be able to reach (Conconi & Pandolfi, 2018). However, there are certain
limitations of operational efficiency of website interface as compared to mobile app. This is
because a website cannot be able to leverage on all the smartphone features quite efficiently.
Another major disadvantage is the limitation of the screen size on phone.
Financial feasibility
The feasibility report reflects that the website development is feasible and it requires
