AI Summary
This referral assessment report examines the reasons behind the failure of an original project. The report identifies academic misconduct and the failure to link research outcomes with appropriate theories as primary causes. It summarizes electronic and face-to-face feedback received, highlighting the benefits of each method. The report also details the learning gained from the project, including the importance of structuring activities, sourcing data, and linking outcomes with theoretical frameworks. The conclusion emphasizes the value of applying these lessons to future projects. The report references relevant academic sources to support its findings and conclusions. This assignment is contributed by a student and is available on Desklib, a platform that provides AI-based study tools and resources for students.

INTRODUCTION
Referral report generally means a report which highlights the reason and aspect of failing of
previous report. This report highlights the reason behind original report failing. After that report
explain summary of electronic and face to face feedback. In the end report explain learning
gained at the time of conducting research report.
MAIN BODY
Reason behind failing of original project
There were two main reason behind failing of original project
Academic Misconduct: First reason behind failing of original project is academic
misconduct, academic misconduct generally means wrongful attempt which are generally
attempted by the individual to gain a advantage on the basis of unfair activity which are
performed in the organization (Tayan, 2017). Unfair activity may be plagiarism, wrong
citation and collusion.
Apply theory with outcome: It is another reason of failing the project, as different
outcome of the research which was found out in the project was not linked with the
proper theory and academic model (Hopp and Hoover, 2017). This is very much
necessary to do as it is important to provide support to the outcome which has been
derived from the research.
Summary of Electronic and Face to face feedback
Electronic feedback is generally defines as a process in which tutor generally used to give
the feedback to the student with the help of different electronic media. Electronic feedback
generally used to help in bringing good sort of the flexibility, as it help in digesting the different
comments anytime without the help of the peer (Pratt and Locke, 2018).
Face to Face Feedback is the type of the feedback which is generally provided by the
different tutor to the student at the time of Face to Face conversation. This is the type of the
feedback which generally help the tutor in passing on the information in more efficient way
(Johnson, Weerasuria and Keating, 2020). Also, it used to help in improving the level of the

learning for the student as well as face to face conversation is more easy to read as compare to
any other form of the feedback.
Learning from project
There are variety of the different type of the learning which is learn by me by conducting
the research project. The first thing which was learnt by me was drafting and fixing the different
course of the activity according to the need and requirement of the project, so that objective of
the project can be attained. Another thing which was learned by me was sourcing of different
data in the research. As there were variety of the different type of sources through which I have
gone through to collect the good amount of the data, so that on the basis of the same variety of
outcome of research can be find out. In the past I was not having that much of knowledge above
the learning which has been mentioned.
CONCLUSION
Conducting the report has helped me in understanding the importance of linking the outcome
with the theory at the time of conducting any other report in future. Also, I have understand the
way feedback can be understand and can be used at the time of any future report
