In this objectives of scope was identified. Also, risk was identified and
problems occurred during project was solved successfully. It was done by
conducting research.
2 Mon 15/5/18 In this problem statements related to risk identified and problems faced was
developed. It also included time and cost of project. This was done by
conducting extensive research and analyzing data.
3 Mon 25/5/18 At this stage deadlines were set and resources were allocated. The risk
identified and problem encountered are observed and changes are made in
process and systems. For this WBS and Gantt chart was developed that
helped in solving problem.

5 Wed 8/7/18 Investigation was done by choosing various techniques. With this incorrect
measures were identified and solved. For this data was collected by
conducting research.
6 Thu 4/8/18 Cost calculation. Risk identified or Problem encountered is that it may halt
the research process. It is been tackled by effective budget planning.
7 Fri 4/9/18 Evaluating results and findings. Risk identified or Problem encountered is
wrong analysis of data which may change the output. This is been handled
by doing risk assessment.
8 Mon 4/9/18 Presenting conclusion and recommendations. Wrong presentation of data
may impact the understanding of project and may changes the out put and
further planning. It was managed by cross checking the findings and
analyzing the output
9 Fri 4/28/18 Documenting results. Risk identified or Problem encountered is that
improper documenting may lead to confusion. Also, Incomplete and

• It was analysed that determination of resources was beneficial as it
activities was completed in smooth way. due to this activity was
started and completed on time.
• By doing risk assessment risk was identified and minimised.
• It was beneficial as in certain situations increase in time and cost risk
was increased.

• This saved time and cost of overall project.
• By monitoring progress of project, activities was completed on time and overall

• This helped in scheduling what task has to de done and when.

• For managing this a back up plan was developed.
• It was used in case of emergency.
• Hence, it can be said that overall project was completed on time but second one
was delayed.
