INTRODUCTION
Project management is an exercise of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and
controlling and shut down the work of the group to attain certain objective and match particular
success criteria at the certain time. Majorly it involve single task rather them more (Sears and et.
al., 2015). The project report is based on a case study which is a large multinational oil firm that

Objectives and detailed measured of goals.
Firm is dealing in unleaded petrol which oil that does not have mix of lead. Unleaded
petrol is about gasoline that are not treated with the lead compound. They are derived form
petroleum which majorly used as the flue in internal- burning engines. It protect engines form
harm cause it is not having any lead components. This kind of oil is commonly used for
vehicles , it is a crude oil product. Therefore, company is having 30% of the unleaded fuel
capacity in the Western Australia. The borders of storage tanker somehow going falls down due
to the condition and age and their infrastructure. The situation of tanks in Western Australia is
majorly bad and damaged cause storing tank has 50 year of age which is quit old and having
complex or outdated design. Hence leakage is drawn in the roots of foundation of the tankers
which leads some harmful effects on human and environment to make apology firm are paying
around $20,000 per month as a fines due to sensed leakage of petroleum product in the
surrounding oil.
On the basis of the entire case, project manager required to design some of goal which
needs to be accomplished on prior bases hence, as a manager of entitled project it has been
observe that all the storage tanker required renovation cause they are old aged (Joslin and Müller,
2015). They also required to provide safety measures for their product so it will not get leaked.
In order to find or resolve the enlisted issues, project manager frame out some objective
and to accomplish it they provide certain solution they are as-
To resolve tanker's condition, firm needs to hire best and effective engineers who are
capable to manage all the thing and provide solution for problem. Like tanker's required to be

Investors- They are important entity who are playing effective and powerful role in an
organisation as it is a petroleum firm they have larger numbers of investors who shows their
interest in their project and generate an effective profit so that whenever firm are having trouble

in prior basis and what next to it. In the case, firm is facing bad and damaged conditions of their
