3PROJECT MANAGEMENT
This is the case scenario of alternative technology association (ATA) .In The East Timor
project governance brings out the evidence which only is modified when the appropriate
procedure from a need to be developed the identical behaviour. Project structure, human project
relationship, project explanation, supervising the entire project play crucial roles in this project
management systems. There is some research proposal which is monitoring the financial
resources, necessary data and budget system (Rajababu, Marthandan and Yusoff 2015). The
unique organizational methods declared here are used with through investigating to create the
plan opportunities meet up. While determining the project information, some facts need to be
executing so that the connecting person appealing in the project improvement are conscious of
their responsibilities. As a project manager Kate try to control this entire project and creates
some innovative techniques. These techniques should be part of the project manager's
recommendation, which helps to improve this whole project. But the important part is to create a
clear structure of the project aim. Without the proper purpose, the developer cannot create an
innovative project.
Aim of the project:-
So as per the first discussion project aim is very much important. So in this project, Kate
wants to know how the alternative technology association energy should be tracing the project’s
development without imposing a problematic process (Harrison and Lock 2017). Particularly
Kate intends to identify how the authority was tracking her financial details and manage the
project risks. She tries to find the following project scheduling and try to control this project. The
critical part of this project is to create a report on governance management and risk management
systems.

Discussion:-
Project Methodology:-
The project manager was working on a specific project plan. Then they focussed on the
same necessary steps. The uncertain project requirement definitely outcomes in project failure
(Bourne 2016). Based on the very high level project requirement, the project officer can chalk
out the detail project scope. It is difficult for effective project management to capable of having
clear and complete project requirement. A project management tool is essential to systematize
project communication. Once a project scope is defining, then the project manager will have to
identify project plans. So based on these recognized skillsets, the project manager has to select
resources who will be assigned to project work. After the planning phase, the project managers
are focus to manage the risks of the project. Managing project risks is an integral part of project
management. It is essential for active project management to a proposal for project threats right
at the beginning. Then the next step is the proper communication strategy (Schwalbe 2015). At
each phase of managing the project, the project manager has to communicate. Project
communication is essential for highlighting the project risks, able to provide real portfolio and
visibility.
The responsibility of the project manager is to inform investors about project scope, plan
and approvals. So without the communication, this phase is not completed. The penultimate step
is the monitoring steps. A project manager should monitor their project progress, and they also
check the regular activities of own team member and feedback. Up to date delivery is very much
crucial to progressing its project (Crawford 2014). The last step is the delivery or execution of
the project. When the project manager delivers the project, then they should follow some
fundamental responsibility. They addressed any issues, execute this project successfully. The

project official can schedule a pre-planned conference to recognize the positive and negative
response, formal arrangement of the whole exercise of project.
Benefit and difficulties:-
The project controlling techniques are the one necessary process for the improvement of
any project. The continuous monitoring gives the project team and investors valuable knowledge
about the project's performance. It is the one type of standardized approach where the project
team easily regulate the essential part like estimator, cost controller, risk identifier. This
monitoring process can be fulfilling the beneficial element of the project (Kerznern 2017). But
there is some disadvantage also there. A daily monitoring process is very much time-consuming
methods. If the project manager upgrades their regular project basis, then they also faced
considerable difficulties in every phase. Sometimes project management leaves no room for
creativity. It is significant for a project administrator to distinguish when to inspire originality
and when to monitor the project plan severely. An organization can produce and accomplish
success without a project management team. A project manager continuously invests his crucial
time for project monitoring, and it is a costly process.
Format:-
A project status report serves as a snapshot of where a project is in terms of its status. The
project status report is a fundamental part of project monitoring. So the specified format should
be consists of the project name, project goal, project inquiries and outcome, resource
information, possible techniques (Silvius and Schipper 2014). If the project management team
was managing their project effectively, then they should customize the total activity of this
project. Experienced project officials are quickly observing the better template of the project.

6PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The standard format can quickly improve project visibility. A daily status report template is
something that the project management team can use to improve the project visibility and
progress report.
Explanation:-
Project controlling is a critical part of the project management system. Proper scheduling
and planning are the essential methods to develop the perfect project outcomes. If Kate spent a
tough time to regulate the project, then she gives ideal project consequences. In this project, she
must be highlight some fundamental part like stakeholders details, their needs, priorities. When
she completes observing the project goal, then Kate efficiently delivers this project. Proper risk
analysis is another part of the project management technique. Project scheduling is at the heart of
the project life cycle. The planning stage is when the strategies are recognized. Then the project
necessities are well-defined.
The plans created during the period will help Kate to manage cost, quality, time, risk,
changes and related issues. This project scheduling stage is the most challenging period for Kate
because she needs to make a justified assumption about the employee, equipment and resources.
The necessary process of project planning is to develop the project schedule (Too and Weaver
2014). The sequence details and total organizational activities are part of this project schedule.
The scheduling phase improves the project’s purposes, which was collecting through the project
introduction phase. It comprises planning the steps essential to meet those aims by further
recognizing the specific activities and resources necessary to project completion. The project
executive must work with an operator to deliver measurable explanations to those qualitative
terms. These measurable criteria are planning, price and quality (Eskerod and Jepsen 2016).

7PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Project Management is more strictly essential for every project where the manager needs a
proper effort to display and regulate how the procedures are going. Kate will not be personally
involved in this project execution project work. Project work controlling involves monitoring the
other internal measurements which are using for this project. In a project control process, there
some primary phases are there like development phase, Implementation phase and closeout
phase.
Development phase:-
At first, Kate develops a strategy to regulate the new project. The Project control method
is the primary method to create a successful project. In the time of the project, launching accurate
monitoring is helps to create a good impact. The rapid correction and detection of some
deviations to bring the project Manager's schedule back on the sequence. Cost estimation is the
other essential parts of the project development phase. Monitor the cost expenses, budget
analysis is the part if cost estimation. The last part of the development phase is risk analysis. The
examination takes into account the expected delivery time, the probability of meeting limits and
the acknowledgement of risks to the project’s price.
Implementation Phase:-
After completing the development phase, Kate should be focusing on the most crucial
period name Implementation phase (Mir and Pinnington 2014). Another name of the
implementation phase is the frustration phase. In this phase, there are a lot of internal and
external obstacles are coming. A good project manager needs to save their team from focussing
with perfect agendas to make sure no one gets unfocused. By the using of time management tool,
Kate quickly recognizes quantity issues, time drains and team distribution problems. Kate should
be a focus on some particular category like employee’s capacity and activities. This information

can help the project manager in monitoring the knowledge, project distribution procedures,
project effectiveness and balance the workforce.
Closeout phase:-
The last part of the project is the closeout phase. The meaning of this phase is the project
control element is an end. If Kate is the excellent project manager, then the project control
permits her to evaluate some critical points like quality, meeting, writing and development. The
perfect measurement is very much significant to control the project.
Governance body:-
The project committees provide the proper guidance and help to resolve the project
difficulties as well. On a departmental level, the project groups can help with project controllers,
selection, and definition of the project. The governing body also approves the investor’s
activities, the external decision of the project manager. The governing body includes individual
sectors which can make sure all relevant voices are received. The role of the governing body
helps to justify some significant reasons for project success or project failure. But some problems
are relating to the project governing committee (Muller 2017). The highly responsible governing
body organize some unnecessary team meeting and discuss some issues. Which are very much
time consuming and the team also feeling boar. Unfortunately, this also generates a trial as
character struggles can rise since those in senior management may take a more vigorous decision
making part over those are mid-level executives.

9PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Stakeholders:-
The shareholder management and engagement procedure is an essential part of the risk
management (Kerzner 2017). The East Timor Solar project includes numerous investors who
play diverse parts in the project’s application. The investors can either accelerate or slow down
the application of the program. The varied shareholders of the project discuss significance to its
activities based on the diverse phases of the project. Within the onset of the project, it is
imperative to integrate a change director due to the disposition of East Timor. The solar project
search for the benefit the populations of the region and therefore, it is essential to interconnect
any deviations that would move the area of life (Marcelino-Sádaba et al. 2014). Therefore,
appealing a change manager at the onset of the project would confirm collaboration from the
area residents to its conclusion. It is also significant to appreciate the key investors and those that
discuss minimal benefits in the project.
Risk management:-
The East Timor Solar project looks several threats within the different phases that involve
address before implementation. Addressing the possible risks aspects is subject to considerate the
level of risk. In order to recognize how to take the risk management exercise. The main step
within the risk management cycle is to recognize and analyse the possible pressures relative to
the project .Based on the evidence provided on the expansions of the project, some of the
possible risk factors that may obstruct the project schedule include dispositions within East
Timor. Another major risk is comparative to the duration that the Australian installation
specialists could stay in East Timor. Therefore, the risk identification aims at estimating the
issues that would interfere with the development of the project.

Analysis:-
Based on the recognized potential hazards, it is imperative to investigate their suggestions on the
project. Within this stage, it is significant to create the opportunity of installation. This phase
would also integrate the sympathetic of which companies can gain the solar panel resources
needed for the installation and the probable costs. After the confirmation on security provision,
the next step would be justifying the reasonable risk factors. ATA would grow terms with the
worker to ensure accountability of the association through government database. Therefore, it
will integrate mechanisms to see low risk issues but with less effects.
Conclusion:-
So the outcomes of the project management are that a manager can control the project. In
every project manager should monitor there project and complete this very effectively. They use
some essential experience and software which mainly maintain the structure. The process
methodology, scopes and consequences are very much crucial for any project management. If the
team focus every step of the project, then they faced some complexity. Resolve the complexity is
very much tricky during the project execution method. Personal effectiveness, organizational
representation and team activities are the key points of project success. If the project manager
can identify the aim and purpose of the project, then they efficiently execute the plan. Last part
of the project management is risk identification. If the official determines the risk, then the
project team also manage the risk and which is very much important phase of the project. The
project manager is the boss of any project, and the future of the project always depends on the
experience of the project manager.
