INTRODUCTION
Project management is linked with planning, organising, controlling the working of the
overall team so they will achieve all goals and objectives of business in desired time frames.
Projects are temporary by nature and they are designed in order to develop a unique product in

time durations. The undermentioned report is based on approaches of planning and their benefits
and limitations and opportunities which are linked with cost and quality of projects.

The project which is used by JKB Bloggins Ltd was Equipment and system installation
as there was increase in competition in auto-mobile sector and they were also planning to expand
there business activities thus they need to implement new and effective machinery on their
construction sites for manufacturing products. The project mangers have to recruit employees
who can easily carry out their operation's according to advanced technologies and their targets
should be achieved in desired time that have been allotted to them.
2 Scope Management and tools used for subdivision of work
The scope management of projects is related with different set of techniques that ensures
that the scope of projects are accomplished in desired time frames. The tolls and techniques
which are used in scope management are beneficial for supervisors and project managers in order
to allocate the right work to all their employees so they will achieve all the targets of projects i9n
desired time that have been allotted to them (Alam and et. al., 2010). The main aim of scope
management are related with controlling all activities of project which is part of this this specific
project of implementing new technologies and what is not.
In order to manage the scope statement all the activities which are related with
controlling activities so that new and innovative technologies can be executed at work place so
firms can easily expand their business operations.

expanding their business operations by implementing new equipment and machinery and they
were successful in developing new and innovative products and their business operations were
successfully completed in desired time that have been allotted to them. Cited firms have
recruited skilled and talented employees who can easily complete their business activities.

operations in Asia and they wants to apply new tools and techniques at work place and provide
training to all their employees for this the top authorities of mangers had to develop plans in
order to achieve all business goals and objectives in desired time frames that have been assigned
to them. These firms can focus on making improvements in providing services to customers,
designing parts according to needs of customers, methods by which they can successfully expand
their business operations. If the firms are executing their activities at smaller scales then they can
develop various objectives. These objectives can be linked with making changes in the plans
which are developed by managers so they will achieve growth and success in their assigned
business operations.

determining those task which are important for completing big projects in right time. The
business owners are then making plans about the changes as which department should be
responsible for managing changes in the plans and plans and policies which are formulated by

and designing phase (DeMarco and Lister, 2013). If the company are having strong finance then
they can make plans in order to expand their business operation's and if they are financially weak
then they will not be able to buy new and advanced technologies which can easily satisfy needs
and wants of customers. If the firms are classified under small business then they are designing
financial parameters for their overall business operations so that activities will not exceed
beyond the boundaries of their budgets. The firms are also making plans if there is any necessity
of data or the informations which can be easily available from the outside sources to execute the
plans which are made for the new projects in order to buy new tools and machinery for business
activities.
Execution: The activities of projects are said to be underway during the stage of
