The present plan is developed which includes an online shopping app that enables tablets
and smart phones users for placing their orders conveniently through e-commerce websites. An
effective planning is must for success of project management. It is not easy for converting

successful projects by bridging gaps and providing right type of tactics and turning into
actionable tasks. This document states about new plan of online shopping app that is developed
for users and customers.
Defining project objectives and business goals – The shopping app is prepared for customers in
order to make their experience of online shopping more easy. This app will include proper
categorisation of products ad items on the basis of price, brands, popularity, sale, discount, etc.
Team establishment – When it is decided that shopping app is developed for customers, there is
need for having a new team consisting of skilled and talented employees who have proper
knowledge of software and IT.

Issues Experienced: The issues that was experienced during the project is to

time management as team members is not implement
