INTRODUCTION
Project management refers to an important task that will lead to have an organization and
management of project which are going to be organizes in the near future (Radujković and
Sjekavica, 2017).
QAHE is one of the education provider institute of UK. It enables higher education along
with organization of many extra curriculum activities. It is not only an educational institution
that has a focus towards the education but it also prepares its students for future development and
for this it organize many extra co-curricular activities for its students.
This project will describe about all the necessary aspect of the project management
including its information, background, key staff, constraints, assumption, deliverables, risk and
success factors, stakeholder analysis and various other.
