 The project initiation and planning that was covered from week 1 to
week 12
 The lessons learned were skills, processes, human resource
management, procurement management and project manager
behavior in project initiating and planning process.
 Improvement on the lesson learnt will be enhanced by learning from
the mistakes done in projects to gain necessary skills and knowledge.
