The study of this week’s portfolio would help me in developing the change management implication and improvement of the project operations. The
deployment of the project integration management would require the use of the system integration and development. The managing change is the process
of implying the modifications of the project scope and integration. The project integration would provide the scope for the development of the effective
and improved processes. The use of the effective and integral processing would involve the development of the change implication and management. I had
to use the processing of the integral management for the implication of the changes in the project.
The requirement analysis phase is developed in project for ensuring the development of the project integration management and development. The project
initiation phase would comprise of analysing the basic requirements of the project and implement the improved functional analysis of the change
management. The resources of the project can be developed by the use of the resource management planning. The planning of the resources would be
helpful for forming the development of the effective project operations.
The recruitment of the project team should be done concisely after the analysis of the improved system requirements and going through the recruitment
process. The recruitment of the project team is done for forming the analysis of the improved development strategies. The human resources would be
implied for the analysis of the improved development model.
Change management plan is used for ensuring that the scope change is applied successfully and no scope creep is formed. The change plan is formed for
the integration of the existing operations and forms the effective improvement of the project plan. It is plausible that my study for the project management
would include a section for the analysis of the change plan. Change plan would involve the management of the project operations for the development of
the project management principles and theories.

Yes I have realized the need for change in my personal life. I implied the concept of change management and development for improving the efficiency of
