the fact that this will direct the project in the direction of successful completion of the project.
Thus, for this the project manager uses the technique of direct supervision and observation.
Under this technique the manager himself monitor all the activities that is what was planned and
what actually happened (Van Offenbeek and Vos, 2016). Then after that the deviation is
calculated if the performance is not managed in proper manner and then corrective action is
taken. Also, in this strategy the manager can hire or recruit some supervisor who will look after
all the planned activities and the actual activities. Then the supervisor will analyse the difference
between both and if the deviation will be high then the corrective actions will be taken by
supervision to improve the position of project.
the project manager to make sure that all the changes taking place in the environment are
considered. This is majorly because of the reason that if these changes will not be taken into
consideration then the project will not get successful (Sundararajan and Tseng, 2017).
Risk- this is the uncertainty which is present event if the project is taking place as per the
planned manner. The risk is the uncertain or contingent event which may take place and which
may not take place. thus, it is very essential for the project manager to keep all the things ready if
the risk occur in the future.
Issue- for the smooth functioning and completion of the project it is essential for the company to
make sure that there are no issues among the employees. This is majorly because of the reason
that when employees work together then there are chances that there might be conflicts. Thus,
the manager must be ready to deal with such types of situations.
Communication- this is the most important and necessary consideration for the proper execution
of the project. This is majorly because of the reason that when the communication will not be
proper then the company will not be able to manage the working in proper manner. Thus, for this
the most important thing is the clear and understandable communication.
Control of project
As per the project life cycle stages the next stage for the completion of the project is controlling
of project. Under this stage the project manager tries to control the project that is try to bridge the
gap between the budgeted performance and the actual performance. This is essential because of
the fact that this will direct the project in the direction of successful completion of the project.

Project closure report
This is the last stage of the successful project life cycle wherein the project comes to an
end with a success. This is majorly because of the reason that all the requirements of the
company and the project are fulfilled in the intended manner and in the thought manner only. In
this stage the project is completed and if all the aim and objectives of the project are attained in
the required manner then the project is closed. On the other side if the project aim and objectives
are not attained in the required manner then the manager need to find the areas in which the
project was lacking. Also, here the manager has to decide some of the strategies which will assist
the manager in overcoming with this problem and try to improve the project.
Also, from the completion of the project it was seen that the library will going to install
20 new workstation at the second floor for the purpose of private study of student coming to
library. In addition to this 5 more new work station will be added to supplement the existing
work station already within the library. In the end it can be said that the project of the library is
successful as this project was able to attain all the aims and objectives for which the project was
initiated. Thus, the project can be successfully closed down and this will help the company in
managing the future project in more proper and effective manner (Edwards, Serra and Edwards,
2019).
