1. To what extent do you think a project needs both project managers and
project leaders? Why or why not?
Answer:
After completion of the discussion it can be stated that in any project development
process there is a huge necessity to include project manager as well as the project leader as there
in the field of the project management both of these designation plays a significant role.
Considering this identification it is observed that there are several significance of project
manager which includes the capabilities to strategically aligning the project objectives and goals.
Along with this the presence of project leader also improves the effectiveness of project
development. While analyzing the role of a project manager it is observed that in field of project
development a project manager effectively collaborates the team member and keep all the people
in track in order to strategically achieve the project goals. The primary responsibility of a project
manager is to define the goal of the project and based on that identification the manager will
define significant milestones which needs to be addressed by the project development team.
Whereas, project leaders are also very essential for a project to succeed. A leader plays a very
essential role while developing a project, as the primary responsibility of a leader it to decide
strategic goals with the purpose to enhance development process of the project.
Thus, it can be stated that for a project development process it is very essential to include
a project manager as well as a project leader as the manager will be define the project goal and
the leader will start leading the project development team.

project development it is very essential to effectively develop the approached project.

important for the leader to collaborate every team member as well as stakeholders. Thus, it is
very obvious that for a leader it is very important as well as ethical for the leader to treat every
team member equally. Focusing on this concept it can be stated for a good leader becomes very
easy to lead a team with ethics. The key components of a good leader includes honesty,
awareness, confident as well as empathy. There are people who are looking for good leaders due
as a good leader treats every team members with equality which will help to enhance the
confidence of the employ and improves their working capabilities as well. As a good leader will
definitely help their employ to work with their maximum capabilities. Considering this aspect it
is very clear that a good leader with best leadership qualities will concentrate on every member
of his team due to which none of the member to feel left out in the team.
Thus, it can be stated that in a project development process it is very essential for a leader
to equally treat every team member of a team which will help to enhance the capabilities of the
employ and it will also help to effectively collaborate the team to deliver best project.
