Evaluation of a project leader:
The following of the leadership skills is important for the proper development of the
project. There are different project leadership skills those can be applied for the development of
the project. As a leader, the transformative project leadership style can be maintained. In this
situation for the discussion, the project leader is following the transformative project leadership
style.
There are certain positivity using the transformative project leadership style. It has been
seen that the transformative leadership is helping the project team members to communicate
with each other in a proper way. Apart from that the communication with the project team leader
and the other team members can be done properly.
The opinions of the team members will be taken into account so that they can feel that
their values are important for the development of the project. In this way, the transformative
leadership will help to develop the project t that will deliver the right outcome. Apart from that
the quality of the project will be maintained. As the opinions of the team members are valued,
the employees of the team members will be more indulged for the proper development of the
project.

stakeholders involved in the project. In this case, the individual attachment is concerned. Apart

project.
In this context, an example can be provided. During the development of the software
project, the analysis of the requirements is needed to be done in a proper way. The requirement
analysis and the determination of the resources in a proper way is the responsibility of the project
manager. However, the main objective of the project is to develop the plan that will implement
the proper functionalities in the development of the project. Apart from that the project needs to
deliver the proper outcome along with the quality and standards. In order to do this the
functionalities of the each modules are needed to be developed in a proper way. This
implementation is largely dependent on the members of the project team working on the
development t of the software. From this it can be said the project itself involves with the
activities of the people working on the respective project.

From the portfolio entry 1 and 2 it can be said that the best project leadership style is the
transformative leadership style. The justification of the selection of the transformative leadership
style is that it will allow the members of the team to express their vies and opinions regarding the
development of the project. This will make them feel valued and they will be motivated to do
more productive work in the team.
There are some of the parts on which I am not good at. One of the identified part is the
knowledge domain of the project. As the project is regarding the use of the emerging technology,
the application of the selected technology is not clear in that sense. In that case, I will consult
with the other team members of the project who are aware about this technology. On the other

We have taken certain steps so that everyone in the team can use the original software during the

rate themselves with a number. The gap between the expected number and the number provided
by the employees to themselves are evaluated in a proper way. After that, the employees in the
team can make a list of things or attributes those are needed to be developed for merging the gap.
This system will eventually help the employees to maintain their skills in a proper way.
Apart from that the improvement of the skills can be achieved along with improving the overall
quality of the project outcome.
