Report
AI Summary
This report presents a communication management plan for a project, focusing on leadership and governance within a construction company. It begins with an overview of the communication management approach, addressing constraints like time management and stakeholder approval. A stakeholder analysis identifies internal (management, workers, IT staff) and external stakeholders (business analyst, construction company). The report outlines communication requirements, including meetings, emails, and one-on-one discussions to keep stakeholders informed about the project's progress and advantages. A RASCI table clarifies roles and responsibilities, and a communication matrix details stakeholder objectives, current issues, communication frequency, messages, and media used. The plan aims to address issues such as timesheet management and funding, ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization. The report concludes with a reference list of supporting literature.

1PROJECT LEADERSHIP AND GOVERNANCE
Communications management approach
The approach that will be used in the process of communication seeks to resolve the
issues that are associated with the project. The communication should be structured in order to
justify the importance of the change and the investment that will be required in the process
(Christensen and Cornelissen 2013).
Communications management constraints
Time management is the main constraint as the problem that has to be discussed is
already prevalent and is impacting the revenue of the business (Men and Stacks 2014). But
getting approval from the related stakeholders in a given period of time is a challenge (Men
2014).
One of the general constraints to any project or change is to ideate and execute the plan
within the budget, scheduling, and resource requirements (Men 2014).
Stakeholder communication requirements
Stakeholder analysis
The stakeholders of a construction company can be divided in two categories: internal
and external stakeholders. The associations or groups are Admin staff, the workers and the IT
staff. The management of the company has to be informed first regarding their approval of the
project, the top management (CEO, Supervisor, business analyst etc) (Ayuso et al. 2014)

Communication requirement
In order to communicate regarding the project the manager has to set up meetings with
the admin staff, CEO, supervisors, business analysts and the IT staff (Christensen and
Cornelissen 2013). The IT staff is one of the major stakeholders as the project is dependent on
technology.
The workers of the company will be made aware of the project once the investors and the
top managements agree to the funding and the scheduling. They will be made aware by the
manager by e-mail regarding the changes, thereafter they will be met group or team wise by the
