Describe: During academic session, I got an opportunity to explore development and
implementation of project. I was unaware about process that are used in development project
execution strategies, the project of Care Army was worth for a because this was unique and
allowed me to think accordingly (Krishnaiyer and et.al., 2016). During my academic session, I
gained enough knowledge how to develop and implement project both in team working and
individually, I carefully examined my skills and ability to make project successful accordingly.
At first, I was confident about the project but this was related to social work that is why it was
challenging for me to address implementation of the project.
Interpret: Attending unit was wonderful experience that allow me to become stable in academic
session, I gained enough knowledge and experience that build a skills and ability in me. There
were many such movement where I started losing my confident because this project was quite
complex and require more skills and ability. I was aware about situation, this unit helped me gain
skills to develop an project and implement it avoiding any kind of mistake. There were certain
factors that allowed me to stay motivated, these are: Achievement: Individual stay motivated when they get achievement, this drive from
completing something effectively. I was motivated because I have learned how to
develop effective project management strategies, I gained achievement where I become
stable in implementing project with the help of academic skills. Power: This become important in gaining motivation in the process, power comes from
achievement, at this point my motivation was impacted because my subordinate was
getting more power because of their exceptional achievement (Nishisato and et.al., 2021).
I was demotivated at some point because project of my subordinate was going perfectly
where I was lacking behind at some point understanding the unit.
 Affiliation: This is important, this motivates me and allow me to become stable in the
process, I worked in team while addressing this unit. Project development was done with
team that had their own perception and viewpoints allow me to stay motivated. I felt
affiliation from my tutor who allowed me to become effective with proper guidance and
feedback.

Evaluate: The experience of working on this unit or project was wonderful which helped me to
gain as much knowledge as possible, I become confident while working on this project. My
experience was wonderful, this project was cover almost every part. With the help of these
project, I started to work on those areas where I lack behind (Singer Jr, 2016). This unit helped
me to mark those weak area which I need in the academic session and in the future employment
process as well.
Plan: Planning is one of the most important thing after attending something or some event,
during this unit, I get to know that I lack behind in leadership skills. My subordinate gained
motivation by completing their project on time, I have to craft an action plan that allow me to
become stable in next unit or project.
